Thank you nice home.Where are the bigger homes over 4,300 square feet.Homes seem to be getting smaller and size.lm in Beckett 4,750 Sq looking to move to something similar, it's the model home.

Homes that size are becoming less frequent. They do become available but owners who have that much space, currently arent selling as frequently as they did before the pandemic, and builders dont typically build many homes with that amount of space.

Really beautiful home. If I could change one thing it would be the stairway. It seems like really tight turns which would make it difficult to bring the furniture upstairs. Other than that it’s 🔥

Nice home but I'm so tried of seeing the same floor plans. Do any building have different floors plans?

I feel you. Some builders do have different floor plans but the housing market is weird right now. Meaning, more higher end homes are being sold than low end homes right now and builders arent trying to be creative or different, because if that higher end home doesn't sale or if it sits on the market for too long, that 'll impact their bottom line, and their profit margin has already shrunken.

Presently, their homes are selling from $400k-$800k depending on the community. The model I toured in the video is currently in the high 400k- mid 500k
