I had a conversation with a friend about the accountability gangsters take even if they aren't directly involved. Once you're in, you're part of a whole collective, if you will. Whatever you do, is for the gang and vice versa. Nothing is done selfishly in gangs, its theoretically all done for the better of the gang. If not, it gets handled internally
