The incentives in his restructured contract have not been released. It's been reported that they are tied to metrics he was at PRE INJURY. it's highly doubtful he would reach any of those. He's not going to come back and be a BELL COW.

Mitchell is not an ALL TIME Cavalier after playing only 68 and 55 games. He's All Time based upon what? You all need to STOP the BULLSHIT. LeBron and Irving are no brainers. Then you have guys like Ilgauskas, Price, Daughtery, Brandon. Harper, even Kemp did more with less here. Mitchell stayed which is good, I guess. If we're keeping it real, what were his options? Teams have MOVED ON. CLE was probably his best bet. He doesn't make CLE anything more than the 5th or 6th Seed in the East. Wouldn't they be that without him? As far as Watson goes, who's coming here to play with Watson? He hasn't done anything since being here. He's played 12 games, 185 YPG. As far as the PASS OFF, it was far better with Flacco. Chubb is ONLY here because he TOOK LESS to stay. Had he NOT agreed to RESTRUCTURE, he would not be in CLE. He's in the same position he was last season, playing on a one year deal with no guarantees for LESS MONEY.
