@@mkoehl01 Seems like it. He didn't say why yet. Might've been Dom who told him to go back. From all the content Ive seen of Dom he just talks in circles. I don't think he was ready for a top 5 open pro. His athletes all seem to be men's physique

Nick’s form on the one armed dumbbell row is impeccable. No twisting of the torso, great stretch on the negative, and no momentum no matter the weight.

Some people do a slight twist when doing one armed db squeezing when you do a slight twist you can actually feel your lat working more then keeping it straight and stretch

You are actually supposed to twist your torso at the end of the pull for full let contraction, ask any one who knows the anatomy of the body and how the muscles work.

You would expect a slight break in form with heavier weight but damn, every rep is the same with Nick. Control, tempo, all the same no matter the weight. thats incredible.

I just saw Nick at Amped Fitness. He saw that I looked at him a few times and walked out. ☹️ He's huge, but not tall like me. In case you read this Nick I was the Hispanic guy over by the plate loaded Incline press doing 4 plates on each side. I guess you're in the bay area.
