Great to see you and your Dad working out together.My dad worked out with me until he was 98 yrs old. He loved it.He lived to 99 before he passed. We spent a lot of years together working out.Great times and memories. Cherish them my Friend these times together are priceless.Happy Hollidays to you and the Family.

Your sons lucky wish I had someone showing me the ropes when I started bodybuilding soo many mistakes trial and error took a long time for my training and diet to become efficient

Daniel he’s my favorite body builder in today’s world as well! I like Hadi but his shoulders look pathetic he didn’t have to pump oil in them .you would think after the Olympia he would of stopped doing that.walker is passing Hadi in today’s workout for sure ! 👍👍✅✅👀

I agree but remember there's 2 types of training. Strength training can't just focus on the muscle and be able to compete at high levels hence why bodybuilders are way weaker than powerlifters and strongmen...but look better. You better ego lift if you want to be the strongest. You only leave it at the door if you simply want to look like you're the strongest.

This was really cool man. Dad stripping off plates on the incline machine and pushing you on shoulder press. Keep ticking all the boxes while in Jersey but allow yourself to decompress and you'll have 100% battery to attack back in FL.
