The very first take, someone falls over and gets wet. So no, it's not completely harmless. Good pranks make you react to silly or unexpected situations around you without ever involving you directly. This isn't a "prank", this is a bait-and-switch jumpscare.

If the box is heavy you could always make a stirrup type carrier for it, basically two plastic or metal rods bent to go over your shoulders to distribute the weight over your shoulders instead of your arms......

Bro... honestly that is a top level prank. The box illusion and imagery coupled with the lighting and design of the head was well done man. If you could have done it in a little darker and quieter environments you would get maximum scares. A+

Should remake that box out of much lighter materials like maybe even using some 3D printed stuff. Would possibly even allow for some improvements all while making it much lighter.
