This quiet at-home workout involves no jumping. If you have downstairs neighbors this is the perfect, quick total-body burn.
It's broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do three exercises for 30 seconds each, then rest for 30 seconds. So think of it as 90 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest. Complete three sets of each circuit.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
Circuit 1

-Squat Slam Calf Raise
-Bear Plank Hydrants

As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have two on my channel:

I love your mini band workouts when I'm traveling! With the longer resistance bands, I always feel awkward, but with these I feel like I am really targeting the right muscles.Thank you for making these available.

I really underestimated this one and what a GREAT one it was !! I’m glad that Pickles enjoyed relaxing while I was in misery. Short and sweet, but very effective. I had to lay on my mat a while after the last circuit of cherry pickers 😩💯

This was such a fun mini band workout! Whew, that upper body circuit sure burned the delts! 🔥. I can use a heavier band for legs and glutes, but I usually have to stick to my lightest band for upper body work, and it is definitely work! 😉 Also, I loved using the band for abs in the last circuit! By the 3rd round, I was really reaching burnout stage, and I loved the muscle engagement I felt, especially using the band with slow mountain climbers! 💪 Thank you so much for this great workout! I paired it with your 20-min HIIT from a few days ago, and by the time I finished both of them, I was super sweaty, and had that great after-workout feeling of accomplishment! 👍
