This workout is broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll be given three exercises and will go through them four times. You get 15 seconds of rest in between sets. In other words, you do all three exercises back to back, rest 15 seconds, then repeat a total of four times.
In the first two circuits, the intervals are 45 seconds. In the third circuit, the intervals are only 30 seconds.
EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED

-Resistance band loop, option to have two on hand. I recommend a medium-heavy band. For the second circuit, you might want to use a slightly lighter one, but it's not necessary. This is the set I'm using: amzn.to/2WUW9FN
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
CIRCUIT #1

-Banded Squats with 2 Pulses at the Bottom
-Step Back, Step Diagonal alternate legs each set
-Low Lateral Steps
CIRCUIT #2

Stay on same leg for the whole set
-SL Deadlift
-SL Deadlift Hinge
-Back Lunge to Low Step
CIRCUIT #3

-Clamshell Lifts alternate legs each set
-Straight Leg Lifts alternate legs each set
-Hip Bridge Pulses (out + up)
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have two on my channel:

Thank you for doing a great workout. I have very low vision and my daughter has no vision. The color contrast of your outfit and the sofa helps so much. You do a super job of telling us what to do with right or left and what not to do. On behalf of blind people I just want to say thank you. Debbie

I love your resistance band workouts. They are so challenging. There aren't a lot of fitness channels that do complete workouts with the smaller resistance loops. So, thank you!

Nicole, this resistance band workout was so perfect for adding on after a 30 minute full body HIIT routine. I love working with the resistance bands for legs and glutes, and these circuits were killer and awesome! 😁💪🏻🔥.Got my thigh and booty burn on, and I'm feeling tight and strong! 😍😅 Thanks girl! oh this was so good ! Thank you so much. I sweated loads and it was just what my body needed! Gonna try the upper body one tomorrow now :) can't wait ! I have a lot of old injuries, broken bones, nerve damage and more... so I have to be so careful with what I do... and this was perfect as I could modify where needed and still got a an awesome workout. My joints need loading & resistance training ... but in a super safe way, and the resistance band provides that. I'm gonna check out your other vids - I hope you have more like this!

Hi Nicole, this was a great exercise to do during my working lunch hour having to work at home during the corona virus lock down. Is this a good workout for runners to keep everything strong and injury free? Thanks!

Yes, it's a great compliment to running-especially circuits 1 & 3. Lateral work and glutes-specific work is particularly beneficial for runners. I'd check out some of my other resistance band workouts as well! 😊
