1. Go to Seafront beach by the fishing gambit teacher
2. Fish and use sardines as bait
3. Wait for 3 tugs (if you dont get it the first time, keep trying)
4. Profit.. after a long minigame that is.

I decided to catch royal fish instead. Caught 10 within a few minutes. Good video.
