It really does seem like turning the threat level down would make the game more playable, could still leave it above default but 500% definitely seems like a bit much especially with all the other stuff to increase difficulty.

I think it is weird that the colonist can install a hi-tech bionic arm in a person and a kidney. Then they can’t figure out how to use an even bow.

Wait... You're telling me you have a mod, which randomizes the tech you research and then installed a mod which disabled your colonists from using weapons which they haven't researched?

Regarding the Rain during the fire: As far as I know, Rimworld will change the weather to rain if there is too many Fire on the Map. This probably happend here.

Yea i dont like the mod that limits the weapons you can use because you dont have the tech for it because it really lowers the rimworld feel Also it is unrealistic you can just learn how to use the weapon

Issue: Op characts fix: mod them to have higher value Result: Sends them to camp outside of town due to markey value... Aint that kinda the point? like... at some point youre literally working against yourself...

We really need more of this. Best series I've found in awhile! I never tired of rimworld! Suggestion: Hardcore lost in space with some mods. make a goal, such as creating a space station and take over the galaxy. Abit exaggerated but would be a neat series! Keep having fun!

In itself I'm always team continue/finish but I'm not sure what I want from this series as, like you said, it's a little chaotic and random with all the swapping and moving. Although I have to say I like the fresh approach of a more nomadic playstyle and would, if I have any say in it, love a playthrough that feels like Mount and Blade (maybe with Rim War) and nomadic moving around and collecting colonists and eventually settling down in the dream spot and from there building a decent fortress and getting into the lategame.

Would deffinately prefer to see this campaign continue. I'm here for the drama of struggling against extremely tough enemies and random research. Where every raid could be the last in a bitter fight to the end. And if you survive, start to turn it around, take over other settlements and embark on a campaign of world conquest until you hit a critical mass of runaway strength and become unstoppable. Assuming you're able to survive that long. Kawaii Waifu shall become the queen of rimworld or die trying.

I just really follow this series because the stories are interesting.

I had the same fear with Freya Fierce but there are 2 versions of that storyteller. The one with the blue facepaint (that comes with the vanilla expended mod) does NOT limit your technology. Only the one with the red facepaint (which is its one mod) does

The rimwar mod does not allow raids to spawn, the parties on the map are the raids, and if allied parties kill those raids before they get to you then they never show up. You can check the destination of any party by selecting them. Storytellers only change the environmental events and animal/crash landed events.
