Night Shift

My friends, it took me really long to find out that autumn might be the best season to depict in miniature! So many colors, contrasts, and different textures... and most importantly, mud and dirty water puddles!

The wood grain looks so pretty, it allows the base to have it's own warm feel and adds so much to the diorama.

I can see why it's your favorite, as you said it's simple yet it is effective at telling a story. I don't know where to rest my eyes, this dio deserves hours and hours of gawking at, so many cool little details. Absolutely beautiful!

You are lucky enough to have a girl friend who understands your passion. My ex wife did not and my new girl friend does! the only criticism I would say is that this tank is going through muddy terrain and the tracks are clean.

In reality the Valentine tanks is an ugly, useless piece of equipment, but I think that just makes this diorama so much better than if you modeled a more common and successful tank. Now the diorama tells a story in so many ways! And first class work as always!
