@Novasity Agreed. Nike/Jordans, Adidas, Vans get the premiere collabs. NB has what, Kawhi? Puma has one popular silhouette and minimal collabs. UA has Curry and an ASAP Rocky collab but not much else. Even adidas without Yeezys and boost technology, adidas would be far away from Nike (Dame and Harden shoes are hype)

I was a nike guy back in highschool (2011-2015), because Adidas shoe that time looks kinda lame, but now I'm switching to Adidas because the recent shoe they pull up looks nice and minimalistic, unlike Nike which always uses loud colours

AsianImage it didn't change the game the Nike react is no where near boost, can't deny that Nike is doing something productive but react doesn't have the responsiveness that boost has, no where near boost durability, only thing react is good is more breathability

AsainImage Would you say the React is better than Ultraboost? I wouldn't say so considering all the Ultraboost that have been released, even to say they're even is stretching it. The past versions of Ultraboost such as 1.0, 2.0 is way better than the Reacts. Most of what you're seeing now is probably the wide release 4.0 which are okay and are definitely on the same level as the React.Therefore, her opinion is not HORRIBLE! As you say it is.

honestly I don't care what the entire internet calls them, I just think they're hideous, don't think my dad would even wear them. Girl pre-ordered them, by the time they arrive shit's probably out of trend. Paying hommage to dad is the most ridiculous thing you can ever say, paying hommage is like making a product with a specific respectable individual in mind who had done much in their respective field. I switched from being a Nike fanatic to an adidas fanatic because of boost. Also, ever since I started wearing shoes with boost, I’ve realized that it’s comfortable, but my advice for if your gonna get boost is to get primeknit, because adidas primeknit is way better than Nike flynit to me. The adidas primeknit is softer to the touch, and more stretchy than Nike flynit.

I disagree lol but it does depend. I think adidas owns the mid tier market while nike definitely owns the collaborations. Adidas mid tier sneakers are just soo much better looking compared to nike mid tier in my opinion . I mostly get mid tier since collab are soo hard to get. I did come up on the sacai waffle and the blazer on the SNKRS app. I love both brands though

Depends what style you prefer. I used to love Nike, but rarely see any Nike's I like the look of these days. They all look too futuristic and have too much going on. I much prefer Adidas now. They do so many simple, classic styles that really appeal to me. I just got some Samba Supers in white with red stripes and trim. They looks so good I don't even want to wear them because I'm terrified of them getting dirty/scuffed.

For me, one of the true innovations of Nike is the Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4% which aids runners to break a sub 2 marathon. Btw I'm a huge fan of boost in general.

@16:05 Not a new release, but I actually really like the full black Nike zoom all out low 1. I think it'll be really nice if they did like a full blue or full red colorway for those. Something like the Adidas Supercolors! They're really comfy too :)

Either these guys have little knowledge or they're not giving enough credit to Nike because they want to keep the 2 brands competitive in the video. They're saying they want to see more innovation and new silhouettes from Nike when they just came out with the Vapormax and Vaporfly (Zoom Fly) last year. And they came out hard this year with the 270 and Epic React.
