He got so frustrated with the obesity epidemic, and people ignoring his advice about eating healthier, he decided to open a brutally honest burger place, initially with hopes of people being so shocked, that they're turned off from eating so unhealthily. It had the opposite effect, so he said "fuck it, they want to kill themselves, let them, and I'll mock them all the way to the grave."

As someone who actually had a heart attack, this is just insulting, it's more than just "ouchie ouch". You'd fall on the ground trying to get a breath unable to say anything as your heart stopped processing for an entire second or less.

Seeing her waddle away from her walker breaks my heart. I rely on a wheelchair due to a spinal cord injury when I broke the shit out of my back. I don't know why but seeing her and her walker really hit home that people that don't give a shit that they can walk are literally eating themselves into a grave with functioning legs... People confuse me.

About a month ago, my girlfriend and I visited (didn't eat at; just walked in and looked around) the Heart Attack Grill location in Las Vegas. I weighed myself on the scale outside and those things are off by about 30-35 lbs. I weigh between 190 and 195 and the scale read in the 220s for me. Just an FYI

Hey great episode. I love the positive message that you give to people whether they realise or not. Not that long ago your views were mainstream, and it’s insane that even some doctors are pushing this body positivity message, without talking about it’s end result. There is one think if you are obese and comfortable in yourself, but you accept that it’s unhealthy, but it’s another when you say it’s ok. I really believe that KZfaq is allowing people to watch him slowly kill himself and it’s despicable.

I've heard about the heart attack grill. Apperently it's in 1 location only, somewhere in Las Vegas. Secondly the doctor that we saw is actually the owner/founder of that "restaurant". There's also a rule about not being allowed to share the food unless it's either the smallest menu item or the largest, not sure which one it was again. And you get a medical patients gown while eating there. If you don't finish your food, the waitresses or some other staff will literally spank you in the middle of the establishment in front view of everyone. And yeah, you get to eat more or less for free if you're over 350lbs.

As a medic who responds to calls like this I would document in my PCR "Pt believes his heart is trying to kill him."

Because I'm not fully sure if what Isaac was saying about the Heart Attack Grille and the person in charge of it happened to be a bit or not But it was opened by a real doctor who got fed up with his clients refusing to follow his advice on how to make themselves healthier so they'd live longer. So out of spite he went in the polar opposite direction and said "You know what? Fuck it. If these idiots want to eat themselves to death, let them." Its a gimmick, but its a gimmick with a rather dark purpose. A doctor happily telling you "You'll die if you eat here!" and the people who eat there happily going along with it and even ignore the fact that yes, at least one person has had a heart attack and died there. And he keeps that persons ashes in the establishment. Its meant to be an eye opener. But sadly, delusions defy logic.

Christ, just watching Nick makes me sick and sad. I hit 315lbs, and my 3XL shirts started feeling tight. I had to make a change in my life, cause I knew that if I kept going the way I was, I wouldn't die way sooner than I should. I've gone down to about under 260, and it's getting harder to lose, but it's videos like this that makes me keep going. I hope this encourages others to lose weight as well. Sure, you might slip every once in a while, but one thing that I did, is I allow myself to eat out only once a week. Other than that, I try to keep it under 2k calories, combined with daily walks, with some light boxing and a couple other things.

I took up exercise and discovered a love of weight-lifting last year. When I want to relapse and stress eat, videos that Isaac makes about those who eat themselves into early graves help keep me on track. I'm not to my goal weight now, but I've lost a considerable amount of body fat and instead put on muscle for lifting.

I’m about 6foot tall and I used to be almost 300lbs. And I was not doing well. I have been able to get myself down to 195 in the past and I felt amazing. Currently trying to get myself back on track and it’s going great. Dropped 10ths this month. Eating unhealthy amounts of food will destroy you. And that’s from personal experience.
