Ingredients
Minced meat - 500 grams / 18 oz
Fillo dough - 400 grams / 14 oz
Grated cheese - 200 grams / 7 oz
Onion - 1 pc
Pepper - 1 pc
Tomato puree - 200 grams / 7 oz
Olive oil - 30 ml
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Red pepper - 1 tsp.
Thyme - 1/2 tsp.
Cumin - 1/2 tsp.
Table salt - 1/2 tsp.
Eggs - 1 pc
Soda water - 150 ml
Parsley
Method of preparation
Fry the minced meat together with the onions and peppers for 8 minutes on a moderate heat (7th degree). We salt. Add the tomato puree and season with black pepper, cumin and thyme. Leave for 3 minutes on a moderate heat (7th degree). Add parsley and remove from heat.
Grease the casseroles with a little olive oil. We place two sheets of phyllo dough, add a small part of the minced meat, grated cheese and again phyllo dough, etc. We finish with a sheet of phyllo dough.
Beat an egg with soda water and pour over the top.
Bake at 200° C/ 392° F for 50 minutes. Put the casseroles in a cold oven so they don't burst.
