I actually think Jokic is one of the MOST exciting players. He's the opposite of "boring." His insanely high IQ and surgical skillset is savant like. When someone is that good, that's fun for me to watch.

Last season, when asked why Jokic passes so much on shots he could take, his answer was: When i shoot, i get the basket, but when i pass, it allows my teammates to get the basket and score. That's some boss shit for sure.

Kudos to the mentality... He is doing his job, and in the end he is relieved rather than elated for doing just that, his job. But then he realizes that this has such a huge impact on so many people of all ages, and all walks... He realizes that making these people happy, just playing basketball bring him joy, and that's how he finds his purpose and meaning...

People often discussed who can play in what era. I personally think Jokic can play in any era. He is definitely better Arvydas Sabonis, if Sabonis was successful in the early 90s, Jokic can definitely play in the older era.

It’s not boring, it’s just that the game became so slow for him that he sees everything. Like my man JJ Redick and even LeBron said that he is the best in “court mapping” ever. Meaning if an opponent or a teammate does something, he already knows what to do after that. Whether it be a pass for a score or call his own shot. It’s like clockwork really.

Losing for the lottery pick, turning a game into a dunking fest, or God forbid someone is point shaving those are boring. Playing strong fundamental basketball and controlling the floor on both sides of the court is exciting and pure and very fun to watch. The media are a joke, and everyone that they prop up still can’t rise up to where Jokic’ is as they try to tear him down.

As good as Jokic is obviously (best player in the game today), Murray is a Laker Killer. The Lakers seem to get up in every game against the Nuggets, and blow it in the second half because Murray starts pulling out daggers from everywhere. Even when Lakers make a run, he throws water on the fire quickly.
