Diabetes is currently one of the fastest growing health crises in the world. In our efforts to raise awareness of diabetes, I would like to make a series of videos to discuss:
- What is Diabetes? (From a Modern Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective)
- Diabetes Prevention
- Treatment and Remedies
- Dealing with Diabetes Complications
In the last two videos, I have explained what is diabetes from a Modern Medicine and a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) standpoint. So in this video I will start to talk about more practical applications in preventing and treating diabetes.

As a vegetarian I was on the edge of diabetes. I switched to the Carnivore diet. Now after 15 months, my labs are all in the perfect range. No more meds, no more arthritis, everything is improved.

Well I guess it can be the entire focus of an elder person but for young adults or teenagers, especially from hereditaty diabetes ( type 2 can be hereditary as well ), this is not achievable. Life implies experience, experience implies some sort of excesses, both physically and mentally. You can not know where to draw a line if you haven't crossed it, at least it is how most people live. And good and bad experiences can't be kept all under control at all time. For sure it's good theoritical guidance, but the search of a" perfect " life causes a lot of stress of its own, again for young people at least. Old people had their time and can't complain as much, if I have to be brutally honest. There's a middle ground. One has to learn to live with a sickness. But still, live.

Tq Dr. Hui - I fully agreed that u r very informative n the advices give r very helpful - I m 82 yrs n been a diabetic for almost 50 yrs - diabetes is a sickness that is not easy to control - but I find yours advices r generally true n useful - tqvm - it would wonderful if can meet u in person to learn n discuss more - tq

Hi Dr, Please teach us how to heal vaginal prolapse and uncontrolled urination in women. Conventional doctors want to put pessary inside , or mesh, to stop uterus, bladder, intestines from falling out. These tasks do not really cure the issue. Thank you.

Do not allow to to do a total vaginal hysterectomy for prolapse. Change diet to alkaline vegan Sugar free foods. Journal. Meditation. Strengthen pelvic floor muscles and reduce stress while not smoking. Volunteer in animal shelter or nursing home! Walk barefoot in the middle of a safe pesticide free field! Huge hug a tree and hold a baby! Plant a garden! Read a book a week! Fast one day weekly.
