Do you know anything about the phases In conflict such as the blow up and stabilizing phase?

hi Sashelle. Thanks for the question. This model does not mention a blow up or a stabilizing phase. It sees conflicts as something we slip into. Where the conflict gets deeper and deeper if the participants do nothing active to stop the conflict. If they can not do something active themselves, then the management must step in. You can call it the stabilization phase. But for the most part, one or more participants will lose their jobs if the conflict has become too deep. Hope you can use the answer.
