This is the ultimate comfort food dinner!
So simple to throw together and great for meal prepping!

This recipe made 5 portions
Ingredients
Pie filling
1lb of ground beef
1 onion
1 teaspoon garlic
1 pinch
1 pinch pepper
1 dash Lea & Pierri Worcestershire sauce
1.25 cups water or 350 mils ( for shep pie mix)
1 cup of frozen carrots & peas
1 packet of Knorr shepherds pie mix
Mash potatoes
9 small potaoes
Enough water to barely cover potatoes
1/4 cup of heavy cream
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
1 teaspoon MR dash garlic & herb
2 table spoons of butter

Method
Cut potaoes into 1 inch cubes and put in Speedi
Barely cover water & set the speedi to steam & bake for 10 mins
Drain of excess water, add salt, pepper, mr dash
Cream & your butter and allow soak for a few mins (this helps with the mashing process )
Mash your potaoes until nice & smooth.
Set mash aside keep as hot as possible
Clean your speedi and set to sear Saute lvl 5
Add your onions and garlic & cook til translucent
Season with salt & pepper
Add ground Beef & mash up into small pieces (the smaller the better)
Add your Knorr mix with your water and give a good mix
Bring mixture to the bubble & add the carrots & peas
Bring back to the boil and turn off speedi
Heat back up your mash as it’s easier to spread
Gently Add you mad top the top of the pie mixture in small little dollops all over the top and spread out gently
When the pie mixture is completely cover with mash, use a fork to make what ever design you wish. I did a simple line design
Set Speedi to bake for 15 mins
Allow cool for 5 mins & enjoy ☘️
