I think the point of having Jay being beat up in Skybound was to show his resilience and tendency to make jokes in bad situations. It also shows how Nadakhan has no power unless other people wish it for him, so he needs to torture Jay into wishing it all away. This is kinda ruined when Clancee just wishes Cole and Lloyd away, because then you just wonder why Nadakhan didn't just ask Clancee to wish for all the ninjas souls or something.

I really like your points and recently re-watched the season. A thought came to me that Clancee couldn't wish all of them away is because they have still have wishes. As we can see Nadakhan's power is limited and cannot really change everything and has limits, such as you can't wish for love and Flintlocke being a sharpshooter again. Two things Cole and Lloyd fulfill: 1. They were vicinity and 2. Had no more wishes. They have no protection or have rules to hide behind so that's why Clancee could wish them away. Does that make sense?

The best ending I could come up with had Shania as the official winner but I still wasn’t totally satisfied with it, feel free to headcanon whoever you wanted to win

This was just the best era and im still upset the movie changed everything. Now death means nothing, the plots are pretty poor with most having no good reason or emtional attachment to really begin, the villains and final battles aren't great, their is always forced or contradicting lore and really the whole dragon and oni thing feels really forced
