I respect your opinion, I too have liked E3 in the past and am also kind of sad that they are not doing a traditional E3 showing. Let us not look to the past but instead look towards the bright future of Nintendo and hopefully the Video game industry as a whole! :)

Taking advantage of social media and showing the thing's people want to see in short showings is much better than having an hour or two long showing of a few games and how well the system is selling. This E3 will be awesome for Nintendo and I feel it will steal the show from the new consoles.

I think people want to much from Nintendo at e3, for instance they think the playable demos at bestbuy are going to be Mario kart, X, Mario and smash but the reality is they are most likely to be pikmin, w101, wind waker and mari and sonic Olympic games. also the presentation is only an hour long so im not expecting a fantastic E3 from them.

It's always best to go last. Let Nintendo steal their thunder the day after. While the other two go up there and talk about all of their other features besides games, Nintendo comes in the nest day and levels them with game after game. Save the best for last and Nintendo is definitely the best.

Why have a 90 minute showing shen you can have short showings that convey there plans for the rest of this year. In the past E3 has mainly focused on systems over games and I think Nintendo see's how having a big showing at E3 isn't the end of the world and is becoming unnecessary to have a big elaborate showing that doesn't focus on games. E3 should be about the gamer and the games that people want to see not just how well the system is doing and a few games. In the end no big E3 is better.

I think the whole Big E3 like past E3's really is overkill and honestly big E3 shows like past E3's should be reserverd ONLY for a new consoles reveal. I say it's overkill because the focus of past E3's seems to have always been about showing off how well the console has been doing and less on showing why people watch E3 and thats for the GAMES. Nintendo is doing what it should have been doing years ago and thats step away from a big unnecessary E3 show and move on to a much more Games onlyfocus

E3 is outdated now in its present form Nintendo's new take on it is the way to go lets not forget even Microsoft and Sony have a sort of E3 pre direct its just for the press and games developers.

all it does is serve as a second screen, when a 8yr olds mom wants to watch soap operas. Anyone in their right mind would buy a PS4, or a gaming PC. The only game that would make me want to get a wii u is SSB4, but Gaming pc's will emulate wii u, so yeah....PS4 AND GAMING PC FTW
