Hi Nipun , firstly I want to Thank you for all the skin care routine . My question is here for everyone one including you Nipun I don’t know from where I can get the solution of this problem I live in Canada its a cold place but in the for us room temperature is like 24degrees c , my question is that If I eat single egg or almonds or any dry fruits next morning I get pimples around my nose and for hairs and skin health I want to eat but I get pimples. Lagta h aapne hydroquinone yaa steroidal cream ka overuse kiya h. Aap please dermatologist se consult karein, aur unko aap ne joh cream use kii h uske baare me batayein. Aapko KZfaq pe iska solution nahi milega.

Meri skin pe bhi 2 dark patch aa gye the mere dermatologist n hydroquinone or 2 cream or btai mne ese use but enne mera face burn kr diya toh m dobara gai toh unhone fir se other hydroquinone btai mne ye use ki h last one year se but ye 2 patch jaty nhi light ho jaty h or ager m es cream ko na lagau toh ye 2 din baad patch ek dum dark ho jaty h meri skin bhot fair or skin bhot thin h meri veins bhi bhot dikhti h but m kya kru ye patch etne gande lagty h alg hi show hoty .mne 2 dermatologist badle h but sab hydroquinone or kuch med de dety h .mujhe smj nhi aa rha m ene kaise remove kru.

Products ki consistency pr depend karta h. Jis cream ki watery consistency ho voh first apply karo, aur usake baad cream with thick consistency apply karo.. Agar consistency same ho toh order matter nahi karta.
