RFUS by Nirvana. This was covered on my Ibanez Black Eagle. I simplified the bridge because I just could not get it down, and I was pretty tired after five takes. Thanks for watching!

Any chance you'd demo any of em? I'd really like to see a good video of an rd, ripper or black eagle but everyone else on KZfaq who has those has crappy sound quality- and your vids have great sound quality!

Excellent cover! I have that same Beatles guitar strap. I found this video by searching for the Ibanez Black Eagle bass. I really want one. Sounds great!

djlcruze You're pretty lucky, they came out 74 to 76, they're a vintage bass, but Ibanez have just released a limited reissue!

Strings you use? steel or nickel? 45-105?

Diego Ortega Diaz I believe I used steel DR 45-105 on that bass. When I bought that bass it had flat strings on it

Cyro Pen cap I am not sure. I think it has the original pickups from ibanez, but this bass is from the 70s. They could have been changed at anytime

highly doubt it. Is Japanese and from the 70s. I wouldent worry eitherway. its a solid body electric, i actualy perfer poly for its durability, only reason my guitars are lacquer is because i have no idea how to spray poly!

Definitely poly, both on the originals from the 70s as well as the reissues.
