We do an in-depth step by step video for people that want to install a performance all aluminium radiator into their 350Z or G35. In this video we work with Mishimoto's high performance all aluminium rad and their slim cooling fans to make sure we get proper clearance under the hood and maximum performance to keep our engine cool. I highly recommend installing a Mishimoto or Koyo radiator into these cars.

Looks like a good quality unit...I would only consider it if I was in Auto Cross or road racing...After 15 years my stock radiator still works fine ,although just recently changed the fans with shroud...Tip: also put your heater to maximum to open flow to heater core at drain/fill... fill your radiator until the rear bleeder shows coolant, then close...squeeze upper hose to burp, then top off and cap... Fill your stock overflow tank with the correct mixture up to 1/2 inch from the bottom of the neck...Drive your car normally...After 5 heat/cool cycles ,the coolant will be exactly on MAX line of the reservoir....

Excellent tutorial. My original radiator after 18 years is now having a leak. I will be going with Mitshimoto also. Although, I've never experienced any overheating issues with OEM even during our hot Florida summers. The one exception was during the original fan failing. My fans were replaced just a few years ago so I'll keep them. I like seeing my coolant resovior level so I won't paint mine black.😂 How dirty was your condenser? Any difference in AC Performance?

BEWARE: The G35 Mitshimoto radiator may not fit your G35. The Upper &Lower alignment pegs were not the same as OEM, thus would not fit. Spoke with Mitshimoto and their measurements are like those with the received unit. Top is 685mm, should be 678mm. Bottom is 652mm, should be 658mm. My theory is Mitshimoto must have taken an early G35 as their template and assumed all 03 to 07 were the same. Measure your pegs distance before ordering!
