Aww mate sorry to hear of your wagon mate. Mines still going good just installed new radiator. Its a 2008 model stx manual with 217k on the clock.

Oh yes that's a common thing on the D40 Euro 4 yd25 . In Australia there about $1500 to buy genuine but I was lucky enough to find a new second hand manifold for about $450 .

You could weld a big nut to the snapped studs, through the middle of a big nut to the stud snapped Save drilling
