That’s what people don’t get also is the Maxima here is basically a 13’ Altima/teana Chassis underneath. Glad to hear yours is doing well 💪🏼

@@NissanAltimaGuy i think yours is the newer one since the 2013 altima/teana is using L33 chassis and not a J series anymore Yeah so far so good but I'm started to get problem with the spare parts since nissan is not doing well in my country and the community for this car is not as strong as the German such as merc or bmw so searching for small spare parts such as windshield washer pump or park sensor is really difficult, do you have any reliable resource for parts especially for a right hand drive one?

No and there was barely any of these before I came along. I know those 3.5’s haul it that gen Altima would definitely give me a run for my $ 🤣. My fav vid I think a 17 3.5 vs a Maxima and it beats that maxima

So sorry some comments have to be approved…Idk why this video isn’t set that way. Yes it is absolutely normal what you’re feeling is engine braking (I’m no technician so idk what part uses/releases engine braking). I’m guessing the Torque converter in the transmission, once it releases to the brakes only that’s what you’re feeling. Both our 22’ Rogue has done this since new and my Altima. I’ve also been in numerous Mercedes (2020 Gls 580 & 23’ S500 that do this also). I’ve noticed it’s more noticeable when it’s super hot and when the electrical system has strain on it from radiator fans kicking on high.

While it is fun I can guess the NA 2.5 would last longer in terms of reliability 2-300k miles with less issues. Guess I’ll see though plan to keep it as long as it’ll last me!

Tbh I don’t understand either this was standard on S & Above from 19-20. 21’ they started screwing around taking stuff away I think to match what Honda/Toyota offer on their base trims. Still they should’ve kept it ahead of the class.
