I have that American 1999 frontier pickup and I wanted to connect it to the 14-pin "Chinese consult" since it brings that connector in the fuse box and the protocol was not matched. If you happen to know what communication protocol that truck uses, I would appreciate it. I found the scanner you use interesting, if you can give me the name since my English is bad. regards

so if i have a crack like yours is it just a matter of replacing that sensor ?

Is there more than one knock sensor?

My knock sensor wires were ripped out not by the sensor but wherever the wire leads to could you try and let me know where the wire should lead to or how to figure it out would be great !
