I am 57 years old and i just got Inspire Praise and I love it!!!! Coloring relaxes me. I listen to praise and worship music and color.

Kathy Friesen that is awesome! It is such a beautiful Bible and I agree, coloring is very relaxing and it’s nice to be able to meditate on a verse as you’re coloring it. I just ordered this. A friend suggested I get a Bible dictionary instead of trying to find the "perfect" study Bible, which I did. I do have the Women's Study Bible in the NIV teal floral too. I decided I wanted a Bible that I could journal and color while I'm reflecting on God's word. I'm excited to receive this Bible! Thank you for your wonderful review. I have the first Inspire Bible and I loved it being my first journaling Bible but this one is truly gorgeous and I love this one being large print too! The vellum pages are a very pretty soft touch! Absolutely love this Inspire Praise Bible! Thanks for sharing Sis! 😍🤗💖💗💝

I love this bible I just got myself this week. Love the large print, plus it’s purple is my favorite color. So much is inside this beautiful bible. I just can’t stop looking at it. Love this bible!

Rebecca your comment made me laugh! I love the OH NO part! That was good! Yeah we don’t ever really need more than one Bible but if there’s anything to have more than one of for me it’s the Bible. I use different ones for different things and sometimes I might read one for a season and switch to another and I go back and forth with them. I couldn’t choose just one. We’re so blessed to have so many great translations in the English language too. If you do get one of these I assure you that you will absolutely love it! It is sooooo beautiful and one viewer commented that she has friends and family do a page and sign and date it and I think that is an awesome idea and I may end up doing that with this one or my original one. There is actually a pocket on the last page that has tabs and stickers inside of it....a nice surprise!

Great review. I own the original version and the Psalms and Proverbs. Now I'm definitely getting this one loving the vellum sheets and bright colors

The regular Inspire Bible has a large size like this too. I carry one in my car and have my friends and family color a page, sign and date. They are very pretty and easy to read and a great introduction to the bible for someone who has never cracked a cover. Thanks for the nice review!

Tabita Carlsson for artwork I use colored pencils and for notes I use pigma micron pens. I think this question was meant for for Karen but I didn’t want to ignore it just in case.

I love the beautiful purple color of the Bible! I'm not a huge fan of the NLT, but I enjoy coloring when my arthritis isn't kicking up. With the thin paper though, I wouldn't press hard so I could probably use pastels and use a light hand, so to speak. The only thing that worries me is that I would focus more on coloring and not so much on reading and studying The Word. I will have to pray about this one. Thank you for the wonderful review though. I never even knew this kind of Bible existed, and honestly, the only reason I clicked on this review is because the Bible is purple! lol!!!

It’s a beautiful Bible and the more I read from the NLT the more I like it. I will read from the NLT when I just want to relax and read and am not studying. Coloring can be very relaxing and it does help with verse memorization too cause you can meditate on it as you color and it stays in your mind cause you associate the image you colored with the verse and it helps to retain it in your memory. This is a really pretty Bible. I love the color of it and the colored pages are very pretty. They did a great job on it. Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate you sister.

It is a beautiful Bible! They have other styles of the Inspire Bible as well and have other cover options but the interiors will be a little bit different.

Bible Believing Christian I actually have the first one they printed. It has the bird on the cover and it is a turquoise kind of color. I love this purple and all the drawings and the vellum like pages.Cant wait to get it. It will be here tomorrow.I will let you know what I 💭 think.

I think I will use one of my journaling Bibles and do the same thing with it. Does this edition have the pocket in the back of the Bible? Does it come with stickers and tabs like the regular size?

This one doesn’t come with any extras like stickers or tabs, it’s just the Bible by itself.

Do you know why coloring or drawing in bibles is called journaling? Where as the Esv Scripture Journals are for writing, although someone could draw or color in them. When I think of the word journal or journaling, I think that means writing. Where as drawning is more illustrating, or coloring is coloring etc. Just saying that term is confusing.

Creationhorse it is kinda odd the terms they use cause I think of journaling as writing as well. They may use different terms for marketing purposes too. That is a great question though. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I appreciate it.

Well they could be taking it as how a child at a young age when asked to do a journal if they can’t write they will draw pictures and that helps them to explain what they are asked to journal about. Plus when you write in the margins is some clue that when you see it it will help you remember what’s on that page same thing with pictures.

Will this fit in a bible carrying case?

Probably in an XL case. The dimensions I give are always the outer dimensions so if you want to jot down the dimensions you can search for Bible cases on christianbook cause it will tell you the size of Bibles that will fit in them. I’m sure they have one that will fit this Bible.

Tip, media mail is super inexpensive but you can’t include anything. So maybe jot a note inside the cover instead of a card. Blessing!

Christianbook shows it as 3lbs but I would think it would be a little bit heavier than that. I would have to weigh it. Are you planning on shipping it within the continental USA ..? Or overseas ..?
