Meet Hal Cranmer, former Air Force pilot and now owner & director of multiple nursing homes in Arizona. Hal took it upon himself to research the best ways that he could care for his patients, many of whom suffered from Alzheimer's dementia. Little did he know that following these tested but unorthodox methods would lead to significant improvement in many of his inpatient's conditions, even to the point of some of them returning home with their families and not needing full time nursing care. If you of someone you know sufferers from memory loss or dementia, don't miss this amazing story that could change your lives forever. Enjoy!

Thank you everyone who watch the video! Please let me know in the comments what you thought of it and if you have a friend or loved one who is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's please leave a comment about how they are doing and what sort of interventions have been tried and how they worked as this would be very helpful to others dealing with this issue. Jj thompson himself did not agree with the theory of the electron. It was only after the nobel prize was given that he went along with the fame. The same way the medical fraud has taken place, science has been misled. Instein was a plagiarizing biggot. "one stone" instein meaning one stone , was a " fuzzy haird crack pot" said nikoli tesla. You might like to watch or read some of Ken wheelers work. It's very interesting. Understanding that electricity is not electrons. Light is not a duality. It works just like sound. I have a question regarding carnivore for someone who struggles with eating/digesting meat. He is having real memory issues, and depression. He can see first hand the difference carnivore/ ketogenic diet has made in my life and that if my son (who had a traumatic brain injury 3 years ago). His issues with going carnivore stem from having a stomach band implanted many years ago. He literally cannot “stomach” a carnivore diet, and sadly, cannot afford the surgery to have the stomach band removed. Is there ANY way to implement carnivore/keto in his situation?

I am terrified of Al's and dementia. My mother passed from alzheimer at 98. I'm was keto for 3 years. I felt great but lost no weight. I went meat and water 2 weeks ago. Lost 5 lbs first week. I am clear minded and feeling good. I upped the quality of meat. I will never go back. Still having difficulty with getting enough fat. So putting butter in coffee as I work nights.I'm 79 in a couple of months.

Excellent content - so needed!! Hal might also find the work of Prof Stephen Cunnane with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Universite de Sherbrooke, PQ (University of Sherbrooke) useful. He is currently conducting research using exogenous ketones with nursing care residents. He mentions this in a KZfaq video titled "Ketosis and Alzheimer’s: A Metabolic Neuroscience Journey with Dr Stephen Cunnane."

My mother had had Alzheimer's for about 15 years and lived in assisted living before I moved her to Costa Rica to live with me. When she came, she used a walker and dozed off constantly. I ended up gradually taking her off 10 medicines incl for Alzheimer's, diabetes, depression, non-existent cholesterol issues, non-existent high blood pressure issues... She improved dramatically without the meds and by my making sure that she did everything she was capable of without help. She became able to walk, get dressed, get in and out of my SUV, go up and down stairs, etc by herself. I was even able to travel to the US with her twice by myself. And she could climb my sister's very steep stairs for the first time in years. I didn't know about Carnivore then, but definitely cut back on the sugars and increased the meats. I was doing Paleo at the time. My mom was kicked out of assisted living because of diarrhea problems. I ended up figuring out that she had an allergy to tomatoes, and probably most nightshades! She lived 5 more years with me when no one thought she would live more than two.

When my mother got bladder cancer, they started her on Lipitor and she got so demented within two months, I had to go live with her. In the hospital when she woke up from having her bladder removed, she thought everyone was trying to kill her and wouldn’t take food or drink from anyone for four days. They insisted it was the anesthesia. Finally my logic kicked in and I asked what anesthesia she had been on for her two ureter operations, and they said same med. so I asked what is she being given for pain? And they said Dilaudid. She had never had that before, so I had to force them to take her off it. Two hours later she was crying and apologizing to everyone, but had gotten so weak she barely lasted two more weeks. She was 92. Her mom passed at 101.

I was the Director of Dining Services at a senior living facility here in Dallas. I had a budget of $1.35 per day per resident. That was for three meals a day, 2-3 snacks and desserts at lunch and dinner as well as beverages. I have been on the ketogenic diet myself after learning about the Bredeson protocol I used while caring for my mom who was diagnosed with alzheimers. I couldn't keep feeding those seniors the junk I was expected to and quit almost a year ago. The senior living and assisted living facilities are a racket! $1.35! Unbelievable! And it was absolute junk

I finally had to put my schizophrenic brother in a home after caring for him 14 years. In 3 days @ the hospital they fed him massive carbs and his lactic acid levels shot up to 3.9!!! 4 is deadly. He gained 30 lbs in 3 weeks. My friend told me he worked for Peterson Healthcare in Illinois and they gave out awards to the people who thought up cheapest meals for patients. But with his psych diagnosis no other nursing homes will take him. It is so upsetting seeing what they are doing to him made me almost pass out the first time I visited him. In months he is in heart failure, edema, gaining weight, no exercise… I had him on an all Organic, whole food, keto leaning diet at home and he was off all meds. Anyway. The homes are a scam. God bless you for having a conscience.

I’m in Canada I spent 25 years working in complex care facilities. The last care home I worked in the food budget was $3 a day. If you do UD -CAN conversion . It’s about the same. My residents never see avocado or salads. Fruit was low grade fruits . Most meals come from low nutritional frozen foods. Peas corn always mash potatoes with gravy or rice. breakfast always toast and oatmeal 100% carb breakfast bacon only on Sundays. Fish only on Fridays. Juice juice juice from concentrate . Never any milk or a push for an extra cup for serving water . I seen good teeth rot to nothing inside of a few years . Afternoon snack was sometimes a muffin or 1/2 sandwich bedtime snack more carbs. also 1/4 sandwich usually a mystery meat is what I would call it when a resident asked what the sandwich. was. It is so sad. Considering there are higher choke risk with elders especially if there was a history of stroke so the home are limited to what is safe to serve on a extremely slim budget. Also one health authority I worked under many residents were given supplements . Often Calcium sometime omega 3 often D. Others residents from different health authority never received any. That’s up to the family and doctor to add to their med routines but the one facility nobody received any supplements to compensate for low nutrient food. Depression usually is inevitable within 6 months of admission. On night shifts at 11 pm I was in charge of all the care on the floor of all 40 incontinent residents. It was brutal work . People slip and fall break a hip cause you can’t be in 40 rooms supervising at the same time. Childcare has LAWS against this why not elder care! These people can not be potty trained. It’s one thing to tie up a child’s shoes but a MS patient weighing 300 lbs is not the same. The work is brutal and the pay is too. I retired from it 7 years ago. I’m 50 now with spinal stenosis 3 slipped disks and spondylosis in half of my spine. It was a forced retirement. It literally broke me. We have to ditch the Canadian and American food guide . We all know it’s endorsed by industry.

Meat has no sugar and no carbs. The 2 main dietary factors in diabetic insulin resistance. Dementia is Diabetes #3. Glucose meter studies show that if you eat your veggies first and your meat next and last your starch you can chop the glucose sugar spike from 20-30% . The FDA food guides are so so behind but we all know they are endorsed by the highly GMO wheat and corn producers. I was in community healthcare for 20+ years. All my diabetics told me if they drank low fat milk 🥛 like skim ( lactose is a sugar) they would have a huge spike but they were ok of they drank whole milk? Because the higher fat and protein in whole milk is a balancing act. We need fat. The brain is made up of 70 % fat. These diseases are caused by sugar spikes keto and carnivorous diets are the secret antidote for dementia Parkinson’s MS cancer and diabetes. Eggs 🥚 are my go to food. There are enzymes in eggs that break down cholesterol so it’s not true they are bad for cholesterol.

Be very careful with any fear as it more easily becomes reality due to the focus, and imagining that scenario mentally. Best to continually replace the fear thought and images with the opposite. Imagine how you want to feel at any future age, and feel the feeling of it, and thank your future self for maintaining excellent mental and physical health along the way. I have heard that Taking Shilajit on a daily basis is an excellent dementia preventative. Fear nothing. Nothing has power over us without our consent, and attention. All the best. 😊

Good for you! 🙏🏼 with being on the Carnivore diet, you will not be needing any coconut oil. *Animal Fat* is the *BEST* fat you can consume for your *BRAIN.* Coconut oil is just not enough. It will help, of course because it's a fat but it's not an *Animal Fat* which is the Quintessential "Rolls-Royce" of fat that you can consume for the health of the brain. Instead of seed oils, vegetable oils, canola oils, and even coconut oil, the much better alternatives are fats from ruminant animals: *Butter, Ghee, Beef Tallow.* You can also have bacon grease although pigs are not ruminant animals but it's still better than coconut oil. And do not be fooled by high levels of LDL. Don't let the doctors fool you into taking a Statin for a higher LDL. A higher LDL for a Carnivore is a good thing. Coconut oil will not give you is high an LDL that you need for your brain as any animal fat would give you. And if you're nervous about cholesterol because your doctor might tell you something about it, just know that it's the particle size that matters and not just the LDL. So you would have to test the LDL-P and not just the LDL.

This was fantastic!!! I am a Therapist and work in a fairly large hospital and the food they feed the patients is disgusting. I even got called by my Supervisor and told not to recommend patients “not eat sugar and foods that turn into sugar.” One patient was a heavy drinker who just had a Quadruple CABG..and his daughter is a dietitian! She was mad that I gave her father that advice because it’s not a part of my Occupational Therapy scope of practice! Flipping unbelievable stupidity happening!Thank you so much for bringing this man to our attention! Hopefully others will follow his example! She is due to come home next week, and have carers (husband too but to be honest he is not really capable of caring for her or himself properly). I am trying to gently persuade my husband to get her taken of at least some of her meds (7 - including statins and metformin) and put on a proper diet. They give her sugary puddings in the care home......unbelievable . Visitors (family...) have brought her sugary drinks and chocolate... I’m a 74 year old female. I’ve been very ill for the past ten years with various illnesses. Chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder syndrome, hair loss, gum disease and more. I started carnivore three months ago and I cannot believe how much better I feel. I had a horrible rash thing with pustules on my feet for a year that was horrible. It kept spreading and getting worse. Three months on carnivore and it’s almost gone. I have energy, and my stamina has improved significantly. Brain fog is gone and I no longer feel depressed. Arthritis in my hands is gone. Both the swelling and pain, gone! My muscles are coming back as well as overall strength. I eat twice a day. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, and steak for dinner. Sometimes I make pork chops for variety. I’m never hungry. Last week I was traveling for the day and couldn’t find what I needed to eat so had two pieces of fried chicken. That night the arthritis flared up and two days later the pustules started coming back. Now ten days later everything is normal again. I’m completely convinced that the meat only diet is saving my life. I can’t believe how much stronger I’m sharper mentally. I have Dr Chaffee to thank for that. I haven’t tried fasting yet, but I’m about to give it a try.

As a registered nurse who has studied much about alternative health practices, one practice stands out that will interest you. There are 4 metabolic dominant types, thyroid, adrenal, gonadal and pituitary. Eat have different dietary needs. None includes sugar. Thyroid dominance needs a little of every "food goup." Adrenal dominance needs occasional fish and white chicken with lots of vegetables and rarely fruit or grains. Gonadal dominance are people who could be vegetarian if they wanted to but eggs and fish are ok 2 times a week. Low fat milk and dairy are ok. The pituitary dominant person can eat as much meat as they want! Your guest looks like he is pituitary dominant. Your guest and the doctor who studied the carnavore diet is also pituitary dominant. What this means is that when you feed a carnavore diet to anyone else who is not pituitary dominance, they will be ok for a short time but eventually develop issues with constipation, kidney disease and other issues that are really electrolyte problems. The higest sources of potassium are in vegetables and without vegatables in a latge portion of meals, they develop chronic conditions that are based in too little intracellular potassium. Also, dementia has now been found to be caused by missing specific gut bacteria or an over growth of bad bacteria. The bacteria can be in the mouth, nose, bladder, vagina, any place that has chronic problems. The bad bacteria in the gut are gram negative and they make endotoxins when they die. Essentially, the cell dies and it's cell walls fragment into tiny pieces that spread all over the body and brain. The amyloid plaque is a sign of brain inflammation and it's efforts to fight the nerve damage. Giving a dementia patient a carivore diet is basically going to kill the bacteria producing the endotoxins. But not all of these endotoxin producing bacteria are going to be eliminated. You have to replace the bacteria that are missing. Dr William Davis, cardiologist has discovered that most people are missing at least 3 very important intestinal flora. He teaches how to culture these organisms into yogurt to eat and his patients recover from everything that ails them!

Everything is a repeat loop discussion on why he needs to do this, after 83 years of being the most hygienic, strict and intelligent man on earth. Now he couldn't care less when I tell him that all the bacteria in his mouth will infiltrate into his bloodstream, heart or brain and can kill him. That is also surely aggravating his back and bone pain, his mood as well. He gets really mad when I push him to take care of himself, and had been calling me Hitler and that I'm not happy unless I'm controlling somebody and telling them what to do. That I yell, which i have to raise my voice since he lost hearing in one ear. He also had prostate cancer, but tells our entire family and friends that there's nothing wrong with him and he never goes to the doctor. False as well. Anyway, I am doing everything I can after moving in with my dad 8 months ago to take care of him the best I can. My husband was a chiropractor, a naturopath, acupuncturist and a degree in nutrition among so many other studies during his 65 year career in natural healthcare. We did not eat the SAD. We ate organic, growing much of our own food and lots of local in season organics. I'm sure that kept him going as long as he did. He was going downhill slowly after an extensive surgery for an aortic aneurysm 14 years ago. The last 2 years his mental and physical decline accelerated at a horrifying pace until he passed away on this May 30th at age 93. If only I had known about carnivore even a year ago, perhaps I could have turned around his undignified death. I tried everything that I knew. I've got a whole storage tote of supplements desperately trying to remediate the problems he was facing but to no avail. It broke my heart to see him decline to a mere shell. It devastated me when I saw the cause of death on the death certificate...DEMENTIA and MALNUTRITION IF only I had known 😢

I was raised on lots of carbs, sugar, chicken and pork chops cooked on aluminum foil and processed food. I was 99% vegetarian since 1990. At age 67 this year the chickens came home to roost so to speak. Even though I was not overweight and haven’t been for decades, (5‘,3“ 105 pounds)I had a BIG sugar addiction, fatty liver and severe gum disease. I started the carnivore diet June 19, 2023. I am literally healing all of my ailments. I am extra excited about healing my gum disease. It is halfway healed. There were giant blood red receded gum pockets where 2 teeth were getting ready to fall out. The situation is reversing itself. The pockets are no longer blood red and are filling in with healthy tissue. I can’t tell you what a blessing this carnivore diet has been!

Lynnedavis: Yes, as a mental health provider for 30 years, my model of health was a systems perspective. Everything must be considered to determine the imbalance causing depression. BUT a systems model is NOT the medical perspective or approach to diagnosis or treatment. From a medical perspective, a gut problem has nothing to do with a brain problem. The mental health field is no different than the medical field...myopic in perspective.

The standard American diet is only good for the profits of the Pharma industry, the doctors that are improperly treating patients with their products and the processed food industry. Awesome video though on a personal level its breaking my heart. My beautiful Mum died in my arms in May as an end to her battle with Alzheimers. Im remembering sitting there in a consultation with a "specialist" with Mum and Dad and I asked about the benefits for the brain using ketones instead of glucose. I got shut down and made to look stupid and uneducated, mum was prescribed all these medications and it was all downhill from there. I just didn't know enough to push back and with my parents blind faith in doctors the course was never corrected and now she's gone. Even with me at 55 and reversing osteoarthritis and still laying bricks every day people still think im crazy that I only eat once a day and don't eat carbs. Conversations like this are so important. There was a time years ago where if I missed smoko it was a bloody tragedy! It was all psychological I guess. @@stevetheaxe Exactly mate. Do you have the obligatory beer or no alcohol at all? I used to have a glass of bubbly maybe once every 3 months, perhaps, but I have gone right off it now...even tho am not fully carnivore this week, am eating out the fridge of all the good keto foods I had bought before I started my carnivore study. So, end of this week I begin 100% carnivore...but I live in a tiny village in Hungary, and the beef here is not plentiful, mostly chicken, turkey and pork. So am buying some baabaa sheep to grow and eat in a few months, setting up a chook run for fresh eggs and hoping to rent a neighbours paddock for a jersey milking cow for cream and making my own butter. Milk here is full of parmalate, which oz bucked at 20 odd years or so ago, and you can't buy real lamb here either... it's "100 year old hoggett" or worse and sawn into 2 inch cubes, bones and all...the entire thing...and needs boiling for 4 to 6 hours depending!! Aussie lamb and beef is a treasure for sure. Enjoy it mate!

Better still, learning of this and implementing it, at 82 years of youngness! Have been transioning, from keto to carnivore, as I completed all the nuts, avos, olive and coconut oils, in the past few weeks. Have still been strict keto 2 years now, but adding more beef and an extra egg daily, and am shocked that my shoulders are seemingly feeling bigger and must be because a little jacket I wear has become tighter across my shoulders and upper arms. I have not gained or lost weight as I weigh 99pounds, am under 5 feet high, so it is interesting. By the end of this week I'll eat full carnivore for the next 6 months, so will see what happens. I have an April appointment with my endocrine specialist who is keeping an eye on me while I managed keto, with her knowledge and blessing, as she saw the results and told me what I should do to aid my own treatment of insulin resistence, without pills or potions. So, being without a gall bladder too...the extra oils /fats I was consuming, after being a non butter, fats, fried or such consumer for 55 years since my gall bladder was removed, I did suffer a bit at first, but bought gallbladder supplement and after the first year was gradually able to cut down to nothing now. But do keep them on hand if I feel the need to help disolve consumed fats.

At the very end, I tried giving her MCT oil, in the hopes that it would give her some more brain fuel to use. But all it did was confuse her and make her physically aggressive. The disease had progressed too far at that point, and my small intervention wasn't enough. Some native people told me that they did not just go around “looking” for foods to eat - they actually cultivated them in the sense that the pruned them etc. to get the most out of them. They knew where they were. THEY WERE VERY HEALTHY back then. when they were captured and put on reservations, they were given wheat flour and bad oils and they began eating fry bread…. and got fat. Yes Dr. Chaffee, you are right. I am 75 years young and found carnivore 11 month ago and I only can say: I love you very much for your personality and work. You are a wonderful man thx. Thank you for your interview partner as well and appreciate all the motivation and comfort.

This is an eye opener for me. I’ve been mostly a vegetarian since that craze. I am 67 and have been experiencing increasing brain fog. It scares me. Thank you both for this vital information. I feel hopeful. 👍I cannot afford to lose weight-at 120 lbs. 5’7. I have read others testimonies on how meat restores brain function here on this site. Very encouraging indeed.

Our brains need natural fats, no seed oils that cause inflammation. Use olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, animal fats, leave the skin on chicken. The low fat craze is anti-health.

Yes a lot of people have unfortunately been hurt by that, but it is definitely not too late. It's never too late to stop eating poison. So have you started eating more meat, and specifically cut out the carbs in sugar to go ketogenic? That makes a massive difference, and full carnivore next the biggest of all. But yes it will absolutely help with brain fog for almost everyone, and the energy dynamics of the brain are such that eating high fat meat diet with no carbohydrates will really help. The brains primary energy are ketones, not glucose. And you need to be in ketosis to have high ketones unless you want to take them exogenously, which isn't very effective as they only last a couple hours and taste like absolute hell. As to losing weight, initially you might lose some unhealthy water weight and inflammation, but this wasn't weight that you needed anyway, it's not lean body mass. If you are eating enough fatty meat until it stops tasting good then you will not lose lean muscle mass but instead tone up and even put on muscle and bone density, especially if you do residence exercise.

@@anthonychaffeemd Thank you, Dr. I am excited and I have hope.🙏🏼 I looked up Residence Exercise and am ready to join a gym where I’ll have total access and support. (This will make my daughter happy) funny thing is, I grew up body surfing at California beaches ( reside in Oregon, after my husband died, now 25 yrs.) and was in top shape well into my 40’s. And 50’s. Riding by on a fast horse I look healthy. Little did I know it was my diet that was the culprit. Glad I stumbled onto your site. I have hope! Who ‘woulda thunk?’

My dad has late stage dementia. My grandfather (my dad’s dad) had it, too. I was unsuccessful in getting my mom to try keto/carnivore with him for the 2 years he was at home with it. He progressed very quickly and is now in a memory care facility for 10K a month. The meals are terrible with lots of carbs and very little protein. The unlimited snacks are just junk-food sugary pre-packaged Franken-foods. I’m carnivore (2 years) to try to not be the third generation to get it. 😢

I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope that you are able to convince them to change his diet in the home though, you should be able to make special requests for 10k a month. And if they won't, tell them you'll move him to a home where they will.

I started a low carb diet 10 years ago to lose weight. I was in my mid 50s then. I realized 2 months in that my joints had stopped hurting. I haven't been at all strict about staying low carb, it's been an on- again-off-again thing. Mostly I fall off the wagon during the holidays and get back on the wagon when my joints start to hurt.

Well even that is going to give you a huge leg up and advantage, so really well done! It's good to see that contrast as well, when you are eating one way and feel really good and then slip up around the holidays and it physically harms you. It's a very good lesson to learn

Very relatable comments. Neuropathy and involuntary finger twitching stopped when I started an elimination diet with focus on high fat / low carb. Along the way, dropped 35 lbs and back to university weight. Come Halloween, I started digging into the chocolate bars one afternoon and the problems all returned. Lesson learned.

With regards to so called peer reviewed scientific studies, this is a quote from the former chief editor of the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine: “It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine.” (Dr. Marcia Angell, NY Review of Books, January 15, 2009, “Drug Companies & Doctors: A Story of Corruption)

The thing about bad teeth and dementia… spot on! I always thought my mother’s really really bad dental hygiene had a lot to do with her dementia. Long story short, once it was addressed, she showed improvement. But the food they’re giving her in the facility is really what’s doing her in. Too they recently had a Walk for Alzheimer’s fund raiser where they gave out FREE Caramel ladened brownies, fudge with whip cream and big cookies. Suspicious? Yes

This was a very enlightening podcast to watch. Seeing an assisted living home try to figure out how to help patients improve their health is so admirable. I am 82 years old and have been through a lot of health issues in the past thirty plus years and see so many of my elderly friends developing dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. I have been trying to adjust my diet to avoid these illnesses and how the help my friends deal with health issues. I wish more doctors and health care facilities would look at letting people know a better diet could make people be healthier.

Thank you again Dr. Chaffee! The timing of this video couldn’t have been more perfect. I live in Arizona and have been carnivore and also helping my mom with carnivore for the last six months for cognitive issues. I finally located a carnivore doctor, although not near her home. I reached out to Hal and he responded instantly! He is going to let me know if he is able to find other carnivore doctors near her. You are both angels on earth! 😇

Wow. Hal is a gem!!! Both my parents died 6 months ago in Memory Care. Before they went in I was concerned at the amount of over processed junk they were eating and was told that was so they wouldn't lose more weight. Then in memory care they were fed more sweets and treats every few hours. If I had only known about Carnivore years ago! I would have had them eating high quality ground angus, aka Slasbury Steak!! I also spent over an hour arguing with their Dr. that they did not need statins at almost 90 years old. The Dr. was so worried that they might get a stroke, but my mother's muscles were so weak that she fell and broke her hip, but the Dr. still wanted her on a statin!!! I hope more people like Hall Crammer are in the world!

My mom is 77,she been mumbling and talking to herself and hearing people talk to her that aint there, this all started about 1yr ago at the same time the Dr put her on insulin and other diabetes pills, metformin, jardiance and the likes, cholesterol lowering pill,I told him about all the voices and her mumbling that it started when he presrcibed all those pills n insulin,so he pulled her off all of those except wanted her to take just a weekly 1dose of insulin when before it was 4 doses daily of insulin, and then i also told my mom to stop takin the cholesterol lowering pill, me and my sis were soo worried that we are losing our mom to dementia or the beginning of a brain disorder, psychosis maybe, but now since few weeks ago she no longer has any sign of the brain stuff that i mentioned, this post may not be about carnivore but for sugar problems, insulin and cholesterol lowering crap pills do play a huge role in how the brain and metabolic pathways are supposed to function

For the Parkinson’s improvement, two doctors published a paper 4 years ago (Italian names I believe) outlining giving vitamin b1, specifically benfotiamine which is fat soluble. Their paper showed pictures of two patients before and after showing the significant improvements post treatment. They are on KZfaq presenting their data.
