No-Flour Rice Yogurt Cake
Burnt frame 24 cm
White raw rice 250g
Sugar 180g
Eggs 5
Vegetable oil 130g
Plain yogurt 210g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 18g
โ๏ธPlease prepare
* Soak the rice in water for at least 5 hours.
* Grease the pan for easy removal.
1. Soak white rice in water overnight. (Soak it for at least 5 hours. Be sure to check that the rice grains are easily crushed with your fingernails.)
2. Strain the rice through a sieve to drain the water and put it in a blender. Put all the ingredients except the baking powder into a blender and grind them for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, baking powder, and mix lightly.
4. Pour all the batter into the prepared pan.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. (At 15 minutes of baking time, cover the top with aluminum foil and bake for the rest of the time.)
6. Take out the baked cake after it is completely cooled in the pan.
