This is an intermediate level ballet barre inspired by the Bluebird Pas de Deux from the ballet Sleeping Beauty. I use both orchestral music and ballet class tracks! This barre is designed to help improve your technique while focusing on being light and quick. Do your best and keep everything light!

I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.

Thank you for this version without intros. It's especially helpful in tchaikovsky where the music requires that extra attention. It will be great to do fairys' barres - since each one has it's own port de bras.

Very timely. I have just been watching the online stream of the Royal Ballet Sleeping Beauty mixed bill; (some varied innovative works, followed by Act 3 of Sleeping Beauty; Montegirov and Nunez are breathtaking.) I just love the "Bluebird" music and choreography; so light and elegant, it looks effortless...

I just Love your versions. I Really Love Dancing Ballett, nur I samt to DANCE Note ans mit just alwyays improve ans so tue dame Exercises at the hatte. Your Videos See giving me the chance. However if you have an idea how I can find an ensemble to dance regulary choreos I would be Really grateful. Still as an Hobby though. I'm Living in zur North of germany and it is not so easy...
