NO INTROS Valentine's Day Ballet Class | Intermediate Level | Kathryn Morgan

This is the no intros version of my Valentine's Day themed Ballet Class - both barre and center! You don't need a lot of space in order to dance this one. It's intermediate level combinations, but great for all level dancers. Advanced dancers can really develop their ballet technique and lines, and beginners can get a challenge! I focus on strength, technique, and shaping your lines. Music is "My Valentine" by the amazing Trisha Wolf. Happy Valentine's Day!

Hi I'm Kathryn!
I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.
On my channel I make ballet, beauty, and lifestyle videos for everyone of all ages. My goal is help dancers improve and achieve their dreams as well as open up the ballet world to non dancers. for anyone curious (and for me to remember) barre only: plié: 0:12 tondu from 1st: 4:13 tondu from 5th: 6:55 tondu from 5th with port de bras: 9:15 degage: 11:55 fast degage: 13:33 rond de jambe: 15:00 fondu: 19:14 frappé: 21:49 adagio: 23:41 grand battement: 25:48 (pls correct me if i’m wrong!)

Thank you thank you. I wouldn’t be able to take class without you. No one gives a class at 6:00 AM which meets my schedule. And I needed three years to build up strength, stamina and technique to be able to hang with you, at minimum.
