3g salt
2,5g yeast
50g lukewarm water (about 40°C)
138g milk (about 30ïœ35°C)
25g soft unsalted butter
100g chocolate (any chocolate you like)
A little milk
Baking (preheat to190â)
180â for about 25 minutes
