300g strong flour
3 tablespoons sugar (27g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
1 teaspoon (4g) dry yeast
160 g milk
80 g boiling water
10 g butter
A pinch each of sliced almonds, raisins and chocolate chips

Melt the butter in boiling water.
When the butter is melted, add the milk.
Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix for 2 minutes.
Ferment until the dough has doubled in size.
Cut the dough into 16 equal pieces, roll it out, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Roll out again and place on a baking sheet, spacing 5mm (0.78 in) apart.
Secondary fermentation until the dough expands to 2.5 times its original size.
When the dough has puffed up enough and is sticking to each other, brush the surface with egg wash and top it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (360F) for 15 minutes.
