@@yuiopoli9601simply meaning they never had my best interest at heart (for instance, she’d call to ask for favors, money, etc. instead of checking on my health which was crap at the time) and it was a one-sided relationship wherein she dished out a lot of mistreatment and I took it all in like a human punching bag or a sounding board. She never cared about me even though I cared about her, listened to her, made time, was empathetic. There is no need for anyone here to misconstrue my words. I’m merely saying that I’m toxic-free now and no longer tethered to the narcissist.

I originally stumbled upon the channel because I googled narcissistic videos and she had some videos about narcissism. But I promise you this kind of self-help is like cotton candy. Cotton candy looks really big and it seems like there’s a lot there. But if you grab a hold of it and smash it if you find out, there’s nothing there. These women come to this channel to get a feel good! And that’s what they do. They listen and they feel good. There’s absolutely no substance here. This isn’t gonna change anyone’s lives.
