Gajar ka Halwa also known as Carrot Halwa is a traditional recipe that originated in Punjab. In Punjabi language, it is called gajrela. This delicacy is enjoyed all over India, however, it is made in different ways. Some follow the traditional method of using full-fat milk, while others use condensed milk and sometimes even using khoya. Well, I have prepared this Gajar ka Halwa using the traditional recipe. I have also included some tips that will help you in making the Halwa rich in texture and delicious.
Ingredients:
Carrots: ½ kg
Milk: 1 ltr
Stevia: 90 grams / ½ cup (however you can decrease the quantity if you don't want it to be very sweet.)
Ghee: 100 grams / ½ cup
Almonds: 25 grams
Cashews: 25 grams
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Hi Kusum, thanks for your question, actually stevia sweetners se sugar syrup banana possible nahi hai, kyunki ye thanda hote hi crystals me convert hojata hai, so gulab jamun isse nahi ban payenge, baaki sab aap aram se bana sakte ho, ho sakta hai ki aapko recipe me thode changes karne padein but bht araam se baaki saari mithaiya ban jaati hain.. aur iss channel par me baht saari recipe aapke saath share karenge jo stevia se bani hongi. so stay connected. aur aapko koi bhi question ko stevia se related to aap comments me pooch sakte ho me koshis karunga aapke saare doubs clear karne ka.

Hum Stevia ke patte use ker rahe hain lekin Sugar ab hi dekhi hai.

thats great. you can easily use leaves in tea and coffee etc. stevia waise to japan jaisi countries me kaafi time se use kar rahe hain but unfortunately humme iski awareness abhi tak nahi thi. thats why we thought of this channel. jahaan pe saari cheejain hum stevia se try karte hai. aur isse kaise use karna hai wo hum pehle experiments karke khud samajhte hain aur fir aapke saath share karte hain so that aapka time aur money waste na ho. stevia liquid me bhi available hai jo carry karna aur use karna bht easy hai. chai coffee ya kisi bhi cheez me aap aram se use kar sakte hain isse.
