8:50 for those who didn't know and are interested, a lazy eye is kind of an umbrella term because it just refers to having a muscular deficiency in the muscles behind your eye which can lead to your eye either being stuck in a different direction than the other, your eye being completely stuck in one direction, or what some would consider eye drifting where the muscle just stops responding for a second and relaxes causing a drift. from what i've heard it really doesn't seem to bug people that much because they sort of just get used to it or have aways had it and it is just a normal thing for them :)

I loved Mr. Blobby as a kid. Had a cuddly toy of him that I was inseperable from. My mom had to go out and buy a second identical toy to swap it out with when I was asleep so she could wash it. That worked until our dog chewed one of the eyes out of the original, and the trick didn't work anymore. I miss being a kid.

9:08 I'm assuming the cat likely mistook the underwear for a snake. It's why they freak out when you put a cucumber behind them, especially when eating and drinking. Primates, including us humans, have the same reaction to snake-like objects, like a bicycle tire in a bush (happened to me once). And it makes sense, many snakes are venomous and strike quickly at perceived threats, so having the immediate response be jumping away from anything that matches the "snake pattern" as fast as possible can be the difference between life and death. You might feel like a fool for leaping straight out of bush because there was a cut-up bicycle tire in it, but had it actually been a venomous snake, that fear response would have saved your life. Come to think of it, why the fuck was there a cut-up bicycle tire in a bush?
@lavaavalon9 ай бұрын
I can think of one of two things: someone didn't know where to dispose of their bicycle tire after they cut it up to make piece of art or something and decided to throw in a random bush or someone noticed that it reassembled a snake when it's mostly hidden and decided to leave it in the bush to prank someone that passes by and notices the thing I had a similar experience, kind of, but the other way around, I as a kid received a toy snake, no idea why or who gave it to me, I just had it at one point one day coming back home my dad was drunk and kicked said toy that was laying in the corridor but the toy slithered away.... OH NO! it was fine, like 10 mins later he had a glass jar with the snake in it, he said it was a false coral snake, so it looks like it is, but isn't poisonous, he released in the forest nearby next day, and yes the glass jar had holes on the lid to let air in
@thegloriouskingkronk84229 ай бұрын
@@lavaavalon reminds me a bit of that amazing Facebook post where someone was holding and treating what they believed to be a false coral snake, but was then verified to be an actual coral snake. He wasn't bitten, but realizing that you'd unknowingly been so close to death after convincing every nerve screaming that you're in mortal danger that you weren't must be one holler of a moment.

having a lazy eye myself, uh, it's the muscle in the back that keeps them lined up. Unfortunately, Strabismus isn't quite so easy to fix as like... just training it. Likewise, you can end up with both eyes being unable to focus properly even if you sort of fix it. I can see fairly clearly through one of my eyes (left), but not both at the same time, and if I try to change the focus to the other eye (right) than the left eye shoots over to the right. *And yeah sometimes a little bit of percussive maintenance can help.* But that is anywhere from smacking the side of your head (if that works for you) AND just some heavy blinking lol

I’ve actually got glasses to try and stop my left eye, which used to be lazy, from becoming lazy again. If I’m very tired or very concentrated, my left eye’s poor vision means my brain stops depending on it, and it starts to drift. The glasses improve its vision so my brain will use it

so the one with the kitten and the rat, that is cruel ... Adult rats can eat kittens if they are small enough, which is why parent cats often stay besides they children for days until they grow enough to move by themselves the rat run because the kitten is big enough to fend itself to some extent and by that size it can call help from its parent much faster than the rat can kill it, but the kitten isn't big enough to hunt the rat without getting injured or killed, so it also runs to get somewhere safe

There are different degrees of lazy eye. However the main difference between being able to move it or not is if you where born with a lazy eye, developed it, or had an accident. Ones caused by an accident are often the ones who lost all mobility in their eye cause well the injury is to the eye moving it can re-open the wound after surgery. So because of this the muscles in the eye while recovering become too stiff to move or there wasn't enough muscle left to reattach or reattaching could impair their vision. In short many many reasons can lead to not being able to move it or it'll move on its own (a drifting lazy eye) which has gotten many a man in trouble. x3

4:33 ya know, I didn’t think about it until now… The thing that I find hilarious, is that women fought for their rights to work JUST at the turn of the century. YES, they do valuable work. YES they can be just as hard working as men can.. not more because that would imply women have a higher ceiling and I’m trying to be inclusive and not a bigot here. The thing is… being a stay at home moms been just as hard as going out to work… BEFORE modernization… Even back in the Victorian era.. heck, even in the 40-50s it was a significant amount of work…. But 60s and up and everything at homes automated and easier… and gets easier and easier and easier… …wait… that’s probably why they wanted to work, cause it was boring as fuck and the women back then were good and wholesome and didn’t just want to kick their feet up and mooch, they wanted to be of value the same as men do. Now there women out there in the world who think that being waited on hand and foot by the same guy who provides you with an easier life is a necessity… god damn, I’m only couple sips into the first and only ale today!… wait… I’m hungry, that’s why… fuck….
@romanpyatibratov43619 ай бұрын
i dont remember if women actually fought to have rights for jobs or not. I clearly remember that it were men, who fought for women rights to vote. Despite majority of women not actually wanting to vote, as it was unnecessary responsibility for them. Same goes for slaves. It were not slaves, who fought for their rights and freedom. But white men. To be frank - the other group of white men, that were fighting for power with another group of white men. So it could be, once again, a case where some groups of people in power were infighting for even more power, using female rights to work as an excuse to ridicule the existing group in power. As it now goes with feminism and LGBT. Mobs dont go out on their own, creating mass protests. For it you need to coordinate thousands of people and have a plan. And money. So it's a work of someone with power and money to create such protests and influence regular people with the thoughts of anything, that will benefit him to gain more power

im concerned with the amount of flack react content is getting and the lawsuits flying about for the future of this format and channel, lol, like i wont lie while i love watching a good ole nobeans react im worried with the laziness of the content that itll end up in potential trouble i just hope u guys get permission from all the accounts you watch videos from to avoid any potential issues with video owners and copyright (and i dont mean like only going to daily dose for an example and asking if u can use his vid, i do believe he gets permission from all the people he gets the videos from and properly credits everyone) ive watched a lotta videos about people going into the issues of react content in general and more specifically going through the issues with the content of the people in this current situation that's going on right now and i wont lie that there are similarities to the way the nobeans content functions (except you could argue its slightly more transformative, as they both tend to talk a little more)
