I've gotten much worse. I'm currently sitting on 500+ hp, a boomerang trigger healing wand with 15+ copies, can rapidly drill through dense rock, have most of the basic immunities, and a homing shotgun wand that fills half the screen with accelerated homing electric arc shotgun blasts. Most of that is thanks to a new mana spell, which *might* be slightly unbalanced at the moment. Until today, I was yet another noob who had yet to get past the fourth floor, and now I fly and slay the entire map like superman. Your time will come, if you are patient and learn to stop dying from the stupid stuff.

I know, right? Here I am filling half the screen with homing electric death spam, four 20+ slot no shuffle wands, and a healing boomerang, but I'll be lucky if I don't get myself killed before so much as seeing the "final" boss.

If you get berserkium on you, it will heal you indefinitely and you wont kill the healer

Rowan Fynes your goal in noita is to turn the world to gold to eliminate nature and technology, and to create a world we’re only the soul of magic and gold exist. In the original ending you succeed but turn yourself to gold. In this ending you succeed and survive the goldifacation of everything besides yourself. The moon has some properties that are shared with the work, yet the moon does not target its own user, but on the other hand it needs more than the salt, it also needs the 4 essences.

As far as we know, no, they're not placeholders. The essences are all supposed to be detrimental, to make bringing them to the moon more difficult. Presumably they'll have other uses in the future. They're not supposed to be good things necessarily, as far as we know. Edit: Except air. That one makes you immune to the damages of the other elements.

They disabled the actual unlock requirements for the early access, but it's still saved/stored etc.

The third level has a "shortcut" back to the surface on the far right side. You can also go from the surface to the third level in the same way. It's past the lava lake.

Whenever I'm feeling cheeky and impatient, my favorite start is to drop directly from the 1st level to the 3rd, grab a wand or two, then backtrack and resume normal play. Getting a good 3rd level wand while still on the 1st level is a huge help, but it is a risky start.

There were a bunch of +health in the first zone, 4 orbs to get, +50 health from the dark place under the tree, +10 health from every refill. Then the +50% hp perk.

@@misugilala2748 it probably means to go beyond and explore onward to the parallel worlds beyond, since geometrically converging lines intersect and go beyond one another.

I thought converge the edges meant “go and collect the essences from the far corners of the map and bring them here” for anyone that just went to moon without them all.

The map is big and unfinished. Also, there's just a ton of setup that can be done so you might not even get past the 3rd floor before an hour. There is a lot of boring/repetitive bits (worth cutting out, so I did!), hopefully stuff that gets streamlined somehow when it releases for realsies.

Yeah i hope they fill the empty espaces, and surely add more lovecraft enemies tho. Theres is also a good thing to notice in game when you spawn on new game, there is a odd chance that spells or a chest may spawn next to the player as well different spells on the starting wands.

Compared to the normal ending is turning the world to gold... and yourself, yes.

Yeah, I completely agree. I was so ready to have a game that's actually about the pixel simulation, instead of another fast-paced shooty roguelike (but having worms-style destructible terrain) with big empty spaces.

I played this game a lot, for about 800 hours, probably even too much. It got to the point where if I'm going for something specific ( i.e boss kill or 11+ orbs run) I'm never ever going to die. Learning all the mechanics took insane amount of time, after that the game became a breeze :)
