I think that this is the older version of the train, built from 2004 onwards. The new ones have newer interiors

Thanks for sharing this journey! I appreciate that you think that Sicily has a good railway coverage, with regular services... it is not what we Sicilians think though ahah especially when it comes to the duration of the train rides, far too long in many lines.

Thank you very much, nonstop eurotrip! So, I might as well tell you right now, this is one of my favorite videos from your channel. You showed everything very well: the entrance to the station, the station, the train, the arrival. I have known Palermo station since I just saw the most beautiful video of Dylan. Very well filmed. I really like this station and I find that there is no shortage of shops because there is food. (burst out laughing). I immediately noticed the fast food restaurant. (You make me hungry, you). That's wonderful. I loved the particular configuration of the train, everything. You're seriously short of subscribers, whether it's for Dylan's channel or for yourself. On the other hand, I spoke to mom about the Patreon, but it's hard to convince her to give the money there, because there is nothing in return. She said to me: "wait until he opens a teespring store, we'll see later." I already have 3 T-shirts and a mug of Dylan and I still plan to buy when I want. It's planned. You're missing a teespring store, I'll be one of your first buyers, if not the first. I invite all viewers on your channel to subscribe to Dylan's channel as well. Otherwise, a little question that I allow myself to repeat: would you like to live near an active volcano? Houses don't have to be expensive.

I see the local artists have been hard at work on one of the locos😂😂 maybe the climate contributes to the weathered exteriors you were mentioning. Great video.

Marvelous view of the outside of the train. It looks a little bit like some part of the region of Andalucia in Spain.

Hi, loved this trip as it reminds me of many Italian holidays and also Sicily. Hope you get the chance to go up to the top of Etna as I did about 6 years ago. Amazing experience. Also have an ambition to visit Enna, which has a rail station but is situated on top of a hill nearby. and Agrigento is worth a visit too. Liked you Circumvesuviana trip to Pompeii, and , as I suggested to Dylan, you could enjoy the whole line to Sorrento and stay a while. Thanks , hoping we can get out more in the summer. Take care.

Very amused by everybody - including the train officials - getting on through a door clearly marked "Exit only"! And stunning scenery - I should love to visit Sicily sometime, if we are ever allowed to travel again.
