Today's video is on Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles, located in the Pearlridge Center. This restaurant is located in the old Genki Sushi location near the Ross Dress For Less store, and features unique Chinese style rice noodles, soufflé pancakes, bubble waffles, and boba teas. This is a franchise restaurant, but they also own the local restaurant Cloud 9.

I forgot to put the prices on the video when I edited it, and well...I am too lazy to redo it and reupload. So if you are curious, the pig ear appetizer was $8.99, the tomato beef brisket soup was $18.99, the Oreo soufflé pancake was $13.99 and the boba milk teas were $6.49 each.

Aloha Misty: Nice to see style of noodle available on Oahu. I can imagine the food was delicious! Reminds me that I have to visit Pearlridge - it has been a long time. Mixing rice with the soup-base must have been a yummy one. Hope you try the rice noodles with the bone-broth next time - it should be yummy and healthy! Great vlog. Looking forward to the next find! Best wishes to you and Aiden, fellow 🐯! Much 🧧!

Aloha Bill! I'd love e to try the bone broth too. Pearlridge has a bunch of newer restaurants that opened up. One of them is in the old Monterey Bay Canners location by the watercress farm. It's now teppanyaki and sushi. We'd like to go there one day. Have a great week! 🤙😊

@@FoodFiend I would look forward to your visit to the new teppan yaki restaurant, which is located at the former Montery Bay Canners site. The dining-choices on Oahu has improved a lot, and I am glad that there are so many different options to choose from. Be sure to keep-up the great vlogging and enjoy each moment! Best wishes to you and Aiden! Much aloha! 🤙

Hey, I actually ate at a place before you reviewed it! Unfortunately for me, it's a "no repeat." I mean, the noodles were fine, but I ordered the beef brisket noodles and literally had maybe 4 small pieces of meat. I didn't care for most of the add-ons on the tray either. I felt it was not worth the $19 price. But yeah, the service was fast, and the soup was piping hot. My go-to place for beef noodles is Mian at the 808 Sheridan complex or Hong Kong Noodle House near Royal Kitchen at the Chinese Cultural Plaza. But as always, TEHO....glad you liked it!

I liked my tomato broth and the things in it. I do agree I wished there was more brisket. I liked it though and would go back again. I did want to do a Chinese video of different regional cuisines and Mian was on my list. But that's just an idea floating in my head. And I'm getting lazier with videos. One day I'll try it! Thanks for your suggestions. 🤙

I'm always down for asian noodle soups. The insulated serving dish would be a great way to keep the food hot as i love my soups almost scalding 👌. The waitress insisting you take the left over broth home feels in line with the husband-wife story of how Asians care for and respect food by not wasting anything. The Japanese have a word "mottainai" which means having regret over wasting things like food. Agreed but also a good excuse to clear a plate 😅.
