I started Noom around January 4. Today, 20 days later, I am down 10 pounds. I hope to be down to 190 by the end of July. Great video, and kudos to you on your weight loss. 🎉

Hello from NC, I just started Sat. So far I noticed a couple of things I ate and drank were more calories on Noom than what was on the drink & yogurt nutrition label. Have you noticed much of this? I’m loving the program so far!

Yes I have! I don’t use Noom to log my meals now. I use the Lose It app. Lose It is connected to the health app on my iPhone. Then Noom takes the information from my health app. Hope that didn’t sound too confusing 😅
