This Father's Day weekend, we celebrate the incredible story of Norfolk Southern Engineer Robert Mclean and his husband, Steve Anderson, who have opened their hearts and home to six wonderful siblings through adoption. 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦
At Norfolk Southern, we recognize that families come in all shapes and sizes, and we're dedicated to supporting our employees, both at work and at home. Our family planning programs, including adoption and surrogacy assistance, support all NS families on their unique journeys.

Wonderful story. Great family. It is not the characteristics of the family that are important, but love. The main thing is that children grow up in love and an adequate environment. Children who grew up in an unusual but loving family will be happier than those who grew up in a normal but drinking or constantly quarreling family. Blessings to this family.
