North York moors with Gen X.

Out yesterday with a couple of our favourite KZfaqrs, Nick and Jill from Generation xplorers and Generation Xperiences...we plumped for a walk in the North York moors starting from Clay bank where they have just installed pay and display machines [ much to Nicks disgust ]...the walk took in Round hill on Urra moor, Chop gate, Cold moor and the Wainstones before dropping down off Hasty bank...A great day out with hardly any mud.

Absolutely loved that Steven. Great memento of a wonderful day! Think our favourite bit was that lovely picnic and that cracking view, we must have all caught the sun! Karen certainly sets a blistering pace! Mike will be happy with the sandwich details! ❤

North York moors - lovely area, of which I never tire. Some days are particularly good for photography, and that seems to be one of them.

Oh I recognised Clay Bank straight away and those machines were like that when I was there last month too. Never got to the highest point in the North York Moors mind but I loved that big wide path over the moors and I bet a few people have bumped their heads in that barn over the years mind. Enjoyin ETTTT, lol I knew my impersonation was spot on 😁....mind you, your impersonation of the 'drain cover on the week' as canny as well! Nice 9 mile walk that I am planning to do in the summer (if we every get one), when all the heather will be out on the moor, cheers Alan

Oh no not Clive the Crow again😂...I was smiling though when he got a bullet in the grouse shoot ...seems to be a lot of interest in the old Waymarkers and boundary markers ...wish I had paid more attention to the old trackways and packhorse routes... Brilliant company and brilliant vid...apart from that bloody crow and great scenery also...I shall be expecting you to carry on with the Peak 75 in your next vid but CROWLESS...we are a bit more reserved in these parts😂... Hi Steven & Karen great to see your film as I sit on my steps listening to the wind and rain outside of the Hovel. Free parking (you lucky buggers up north). What the f**k was that pink monstrosity on your car roof? Then I spy another sticking out of Nick’s rucksack, what on earth is going on up north? Great to know what was in your lunch boxes, well done for that. 👍 You shouldn’t put stones onto cairns, it’s very bad form that. 😡 However, resist much, obey little. Good to see the paragliding. I'm not 100% that 'drain cover of the week' will be a success. Looked a good walk though, Steve, and good company too! Very brave to call Karen an old lady whilst she had a stick in her hand! There was certainly no stopping here scrambling over the Wainstones.
