2014 - 2016 games don't get enough recognition. This era was the awkward teenager phase of Roblox. Undead Nation and SAO Burst were my go to.

Prison Life is still pretty fun today, although it suffers a lot of exploiters, I remember back in the day though logging on to see it on the front page and playing it for hours after school

idk much about new Roblox, I stopped playing eons ago, but I remember playing a lot of Project Pokemon, Hotel Elephant, Prison Life, Redwood Prison, Phantom Forces, Work at a Pizza Place, Tycoons, Roblox Pokemon Go, Murder Mystery 2, Hide and Seek Extreme, the list goes on. I remember the game being less toxic than the games we have now, and some good memories were made with this game. I miss you, old Roblox.

@@iceagebabyofficial155750-50. There were a couple games where everyone was accusing people of hacks or insulting each other. Top of my mind is Call of Robloxia. But nowadays, my friend says this happens on every game, so who knows.

The first game I played was the Normal Elevator, but I think the game I spent the most time on was I think called Battle Tycoon, but I can't find it anymore. The tycoons were all floating islands, and each of them had roads that led to the center, which was a forested area for people to fight each other. I remember being super bad at the game as well as never finishing the tycoon for some reason lol

@TF2Haxun I checked it out and it's very similar, but that's not it. It was all about weapons and fighting other players, but other than that, the tycoon you mentioned looks pretty similar.

Some of these old nostalgic games are still good, like BSS, Natural Disaster Survival, Feather Family, and Survive the Disasters (the only games I played growing up). It makes me feel happy when I realize that a lot of people still play them today.

I remember each one of these, man I played A LOT of Roblox over the years. I remember being guest account back in 2013 Even the exploiting side of Roblox was better back then, filtering was disabled which led to everyone being able to see what scripts you ran, it was chaos but I absolutely loved it. You never really knew what to expect once someone loaded in with a script executor. And less people ran with aimbot back then, I miss it.

The first area 51 game I ever played was survive the slender man in area 51. Survive the killers took the original map, added to it, and perfected it. That version of the area 51 / underground base map is the best one available. As for the first game I ever played, it would be some roller coaster map, build a base and battle other players (something like like), or skate 1,000,000 miles down a tunnel! I joined back in 2011

The first game I ever played was Work at a Pizza Place! I spent so much time on that game trying to get a house and working all the jobs I could. I always remember bouncing from job to job and spending hours on my account. My favorite job was the Storage person cause they're like the backbone of the whole pizza place. No storage workers, no supplies

Survive the Disasters is easily my favorite Roblox game ever, it's a shame that most of the fun stuff was removed because of the whole copyright fiasco, but it's still fun to play. First game I ever played (that I can at least remember) is a Wipeout Obby game, though I'm not sure if it's around anymore. Also remember SFOTH and Zombies are Attacking McDonalds, along with various obbies and tycoons

Aha survive the disasters is also my favourite game and I did also play that wipeout obby game as far as I know the original is deleted or unplayable though. i did find a working copy of it and I can't get it's link right now however it is in my favourited places along with other nostalgic games if you want to look for it that way, ign: jaba2005. but my favourites are also filled with a bunch of random stuff so it might take a bit

It'd probably be boring to us now but playing it then was a blast I don't mean to sound like a Roblox Boomer but I do miss that era of games. That and some mid 2010s games

For me, the first game in Roblox was Flood Escape, I entered the game as soon as I registered an account in February 2017,but I actively started playing Roblox in December 2017, when I discovered Lumber Tycoon 2. In 2018, I played Jailbreak for a very long time, I developed quite a lot, I had 2 cars worth a million dollars. In 2019, I created a new account and the first game on this account was Vehicle Simulator, and then Build a Boat.

I have vivid memories going on Build to Survive with my old roblox avatar and seeing the absolutely wild variety in build quality. One player would create the most elaborate build possible and the one right next to them would be creating a massive wall or a huge single black width pillar to stand on.

my very first roblox game i remember playing was like a premature tycoon type game where everyone has their own bases that were kinda like in underground caves. there was a central area that connected them all and I think it changed every 5 minutes (from like a forest to a grassland type thing idr). i thought it was so revolutionary as a kid and really wanna find it again but I have no idea what It could've been called

I always thought the people who played Flood Escape and kept playing it truly hated themselves somehow or were just masochistic. I could only play for a couple of minutes before ripping my hair out, meanwhile I could play the hell out of difficult obbys and somehow have patience with those.

The first Roblox game I remember playing was "Build For Fun" where you'd each get a baseplate and you could place blocks on it (A lot like build to survive the zombies, but more casual). Eventually I learned how to make flying toilets and stuff, but then a new roblox update kinda broke it :/

There was this one old game I used to play a bit of. It was called "Realm Jumpers" - you fought AI alongside other players to defend a crystal in the back. The map was just a single short path going straight into a large portal (where the AI would come from). What I really liked was the variety of weapons in the game. Game is closed though - wish it could reopen :(

My first game I played in roblox is the normal elevator back in 2015. The game holds deep in my heart, it was the most unique Roblox game I've played during that time. I even met a 2 of my friends there (we still are friends to this day and we even meet irl) amongst all the chaos in the game. I still remember about the Gavin ARG and figuring out the mystery with my friends, its still one of my core memory I have when playing Roblox.

If you're feeling adventrous I would try Foam Frenzy. Its an FPS game but it's "kid safe" and it uses nerf guns. It's definately interesting and takes some getting used to but once you're locked in it's so fun absolutely destroying everyone because you know that the dude you just killed is like 8 or something

My first game was Natural Disaster Survival. The top three games my eldest sister and I used to always play were Flood Escape 1, Murder Mystery games (Mad Murder, Twisted Murder, MM2) and of course, Natural Disaster Survival.

I joined Roblox around 2016, and the first game I remember playing is some Star Wars game, where you can morph into different characters and fly spaceships to other planets, kind of like in Clone Tycoon 2. Other games I remember playing are The Hungry Pikachu(rip), Mashables(also rip), Epic minigames, Make a cake, super bomb survival, lab experiment, the normal elevator, blox hunt, snow shoveling simulator, dinosaur simulator, tiny tanks, laser warfare, and some of the games in the video

could you colonize the planets to earn gems , and were they fictional star wars planets or real solar system planets? , if you could colonize solar system planets for gems then that's probably moon tycoon , you can't transform into star wars characters though

My first game was this dragon pet simulation game back in 2010-2011 with really primitive early Roblox builds. I have no idea what it was called, probably Adopt and raise a baby dragon. I remember it being pretty cool. Other than that, a lot of Warrior Cats games, Survive the Disasters, Pokemon games, Catalog Heaven, and various sandbox and cart/obby games. I remember going home after spending my day at work with my stepmom on a computer telling my dad about all the weird silly things I did on Roblox. the hot sauce gear was something I thought was so funny I would tell literally any family member I saw what it does. I don't remember a ton from my childhood, but Roblox is a memory that always seems to stick around.

Maannn... Get Eaten was so awesome I used to play with someone and we did "exercises" (spamming sit and lay down button) each time before sliding down Also the game had an ad for another game Smth like ,,Rise an epic turtle" Currently it's ,,Turtle Island" Shesh... I miss that 2nd game's older map

Definitely felt a lot of Nostalgia with this, though I can say with some certainty that the first Roblox game I ever played was the original "Can you survive a train ride into a Black Hole?" There was also earlier versions of "Sword Fight on the Heights," "Heli Wars," among others, some mentioned here even.

The first roblox game i played was something to zombie, the name is "Reason 2 Die", thought the game is no longer on the platform due to the dev finally stopped working and decides to close it. I would actually recommend to visit the game if it's not closed by the dev.

I think one of the first roblox games i have played was this washing machine game, where there were hallways full of washing machines, and you would go inside one, ragdoll, and just spin for however long you felt like. And at the end of the longest hallway, there was this humongous washing machine that most of the players would go to. I think the floors were black, and the walls were reflective, thats all i remember

I played a game called Monster Islands, by TheSteelEagle. It wasn't that popular, but for its time, the graphics and storyline were exceptional, and I think the creator has coded for more popular games such as Epic Minigames. The creator is still active, but he has to focus on other things. I'm just hoping he will be able to update the game once he tackles his issues.

I honestly don't remember my first game, but one game that's really nostalgic to me is 'Transportation Simulator' (specifically V3) by Roebot56. I remember being amazed at the size of the map. It felt like you could just pick a direction and drive for ages. Unfortunately the dev quit quite a while ago, so the current version of the game is outdated and the cars are basically undrivable. I'd love to see some sort of revival project like Aeronautica was with Wingz World V, but I highly doubt that'd ever happen :') Edit: Now that I think about it, my first game on my own account might've been Survive the disasters. That or work at a pizza place lol. I could honestly write a whole essay on nostalgic roblox games

Likely wasnt the first game i ever played but the first one i remember has to be Roblox High School. Ended up meeting a lifelong friend on that game and actively participated in roleplaying and what not. Good memories.

I used to be a massive Volt fan back in 2017/2016 when the game would hit an average of 1k players or less, it was also made by Asimo and Badcc. The game nowadays is pretty buggy and requires a couple of players.

One of my absolutely favorites and very first roblox games was dinosaur simulator. the game has received many updates but it's basically the same as it was 9 years ago, minus the fruity pebbles sponsor of course. So sad to see it's fallen off so hard but I always like coming back to it :)

Honestly I think the first game I ever played was roblox high school. I don't remember much, but it was fun to mess around on their with people I knew The way I would always choose to be a freshman because the rest felt too old 😭 it hurts me now as an actual highschooler But man nothing hits different than driving around top speed in those crappy cars and blasting music from a radio with your sister... those were the days 😌

I remembered playing escape the McDonald’s obby, and I think it was one of the the first games I’ve played. The nostalgia of jumping on the fries and avoiding the spilled sauces and soft drinks when I was 6 makes me wanna cry and go back to the good ol’ days.

I think the first game I ever played when I joined Roblox in 2017 was Mega Fun Obby by Bloxtun. If not that it's Speed Run 4 or Natural Disaster Survival which you already played lol. Another contender could be Hide and Seek Extreme, I'm not too sure. Even though I haven't been playing Roblox for super long compared to others, I still got a huge wave of nostalgia and recognized almost all of these games. Oh to be back in the good ol' days... or 2017 for me lol

Nothing else in my life makes me feel older than a kids lego game. It's crazy to see people talk about 2014-2017 roblox like the "good old days" that some wish to return to. I still remember being part of the group who called for the return of 2008-2012 roblox and disliked pretty much everything after 2013, like the ugly website theme and the removal of the jump cooldown.
