I had my highschool diploma Apostilled by the state I live in, however, I took an exam in the 10th grade of Highschool and was able to graduate two years early, receiving a diploma and transcript. Will this be a problem for notification? This is question number 1. my second question is..will both my highschool diploma AND my University diploma need to be Nostrifified? Thank you very much!

hello Mr. Consul, I am a Togolese and I obtained a 6-month seasonal employment contract. I have just certified my criminal record and my study diploma at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Togo. Hello.. I have annoyed question hope you can answer it .. I'm graduated from Ukraine but I'm not Ukrainian and now I'm in my country. I want to do the nostrification of my diploma and its contain all stamps apostel and legalization on the diploma. Now i want to send copies of my documents to Charles university, should i apostel and legalize the copies again or there's another stamp should i do ?? I have already applied twice and gotten same reponse that due to high number of applicants, they cannot offer me an appointment right now.
