As the morbidity rate from COVID-19 grows, threatening to overwhelm hospitals and healthcare providers, how should we allocate limited resources? Who should make decisions if the demand for life-saving care outstrips existing supply, and what criteria should they use?
Featuring William Kabasenche, School of Politics, Philosophy, and Public Affairs at WSU, Pullman, and Carl Heine, department of Medical Education and Clinical Sciences at WSU’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine in Spokane.
Event held April 7, 2020.
