I know people are going to think the plaintiff is the horrible one, but... don't just let the defendant off the hook. They had the ability to pay the rent and utilities, but didn't for a reason. That was the catalyst. At most of these incidents its the defendants doing something to encourage a reaction from the plaintiff. They try to look like meek people in court, but they obviously aren't and think they can use others too. BF is happy to use his gf's mom.

How the plaintiff so easily tells all their family business, that has zero to do with the case, and how she proudly nodded her head while the defendant told about how she threw the baby clothes outside, shows she is the foundation to this family's disfunction! The plaintiff ruined this family by being such a toxic and horrible mother to her children, and now the effects of her treatment are snowballing to the next generation. The plaintiff even wants to drag her 11 year old granddaughter into all of this nonsense! And if that granddaughter is in her care I pray she's removed because this woman is not fit to care for a turtle! Really sad to have someone like this plaintiff in your life because they'll never change, and they'll never own up to all the trauma they cause. Deeply mentally disturbed! I pray this defendant rises above all the abuse and trauma her mother caused in her life. That she does well in life and to understand she does not need someone like her mother present in her life. I believe they didn't pay, and just like the mom said they thought they could use her items that she brought in the house. The daughter isn't responsible with her sexual activities and conception i highly doubt that she is financially responsible and the guy just seems like a floater. True enough the mom has problems but one major one is the daughter not paying rent which started the hostile environment

I was raised by my paternal grandmother (THANK GOD), because I feel me and my birth mother would have had a not so good relationship, maybe not to this degree but not a warm fuzzy relationship either. I always felt God was looking out for me when I was born because neither parent wanted me and I was their only baby girl. THANK YOU GOD for looking out for the innocent little baby that you knew these people didn’t want. And another thing that’s a trip about it, neither parent had drugs or mental problems. Still to this day my mom feels I owe her something. SMH
