Taught her well, at THAT!😂😂 I can ONLY imagine those convos (bcuz you can bet your BOTTOM dollar, it was more than one.... PROBABLY years of "training", from an older sibling) and I bet it went SOMETHING like this, TEACHER: If you're going to be out here in these streets, let me put you up on game!😂 YOU are TOO pretty to be BROKE, ESPECIALLY, when it's dudes out here that'll just GIVE you stuff for free.... JUST bcuz YOU'RE pretty and have a nice body (only a sister, NOT a brother will say something about her figure)🤷🏾‍♀️😂 Benee: Yea?! 🙄 But. I'm. Not. A. Prostitute.... Tf😒 TEACHER: I'm not saying, you gotta sleep with them 🙄🙆🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤣 that'll just GIVE you things or let you get a way with a helluva lot more than they would a dude🤷🏾‍♀️ (that's DEFINITELY being said by a male "teacher" , but with a lot more emphasis) AND the lessons began 😂😂 orrrrr it could be, that she caught on pretty early in life, that she get a lot of stuff "handed" to her bcuz of her looks! I know I did! 🤷🏾‍♀️ I learned EARLY on, that PRETTY girls/women can get ANYTHING that they want JUST BCUZ.... Crazy thing is, it doesn't just HAVE to be guys, str8 women will let you get things, too.... That's IF, they're NOT hating🙆🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🙄 it's true, SOME women will hate on you, for no reason OTHER than you being pretty! Better known as "beauty hating"🤷🏾‍♀️🤣

The judge and obviously several ppl REACHED for some crazy AF conclusions. Often these 'judges' do not LISTEN to ppl The man CLEARLY, earlier had said He AND his Wife had discussed helping the "young" lady out Offering an extra 'hand' to a YOUNG dumb BROKE (probably member of his ethnicity) trying 'give back' understanding how TIGHT 💰 and situations can be as a young person starting out. How come whenever a man ( black one at that) tries to do a solid 'for' a member of HIS tribe, it's met with such skepticism? If tha brother didn't offer extra help, THEN he's a no good race traitor...there is no winning? If you rewind and use 👂 you'll hear on an earlier question he disclosed how him and his WIFE decided to help the 19 y.o. CHILD out. An after the little scamming 🐝 itch got some leeway with the crocodile 😢 about her birthday etc....she went on to STEAL 💰 from the other guy So WHO should be looked at as 'odd'.... The judge is calling into the TIRED stereotype that a man HAS to have been chasing 😺 from a 19y.o. CHILD She has no idea if the chick was 700lbs with pus-filled acne caters all over her face and smelled like last week's garbage.....but it's EASY to just ASSume ish about the grown man who came to court with HIS child. She sat there and made derogatory inclinations about the man to his face, in front of his black son....w/o a CLUE nor a reason to go there....except stereotypical prejudice against men, period! The only thing, she had factual was 19....female...&...Thief But yet and still....Blame the MAN Woman 😢 about how they aren't excepted and invited in as equals in different verticals of life.... THIS is an example of why it's SAFER for a guy to just say NOPE....I'll sell to a 19 y.o. male and if "he" begs up some help...as a young person, so be it....because if the EXACT lazy, no good deed doing schmuck ass kid does something jacked up behind my KINDNESS....ppl won't think, the kindness was behind trying to F her Same thing with a 1st job or offering to mentor, folks y'all need to cut that B.S. out And you wonder WHY men, sometimes may AVOID even the potential of some nonsense, then we scratch our heads as a society "wondering" why women don't have as many opportunities or in-roads....ish just like what the Judge did right there.

@vorco8120
@vorco8120 2 жыл бұрын
@@Loruca Actually, the car was only in his name after she got her car impounded. The dealer said that once the car was bought at the auction that everything was signed to her afterwards. But because she drove without plates to NJ the car got impounded. Then she contacts the dealer, and him being “the nice guy” that he says he is, he drove down to sign everything under his personal name. So he really had nothing to do with the car after the first sale went to her. He got involved in something all because he wanted to be “a nice guy” to a “19 year old” girl. I put quotation marks because even the judge states at the very beginning that, in her mind’s eye, she was imagining the girl to be 15. Then the defendant was very quick to say that she was 19. We don’t get to know the full details of that side of the story, so the judge rolled with the 19 year old age the defendant gave, since the plaintiff didn’t even know how old the girl he bought the car from was.

I wonder if his dealership knows he works out of his home. He got scammed by this woman because he wanted a piece of young ass! He gave her a car that had dealership plates on it because he took it out of the lot without his bosses' knowledge so this 19 year old could cruise around in it for a bit as an extended "test drive" but she sold it on him before he could get it back.

The special part in that statement is HIS. When you’re the boss who the heck is gonna care what you’re doing. Is your employees gonna fire you from your own business. It doesn’t work like that. Idk how you glossed over the fact he owned the business and decided he was a worker bee. But comprehension skills are important
@BlueIvysAssistant
@BlueIvysAssistant 2 жыл бұрын
@@advicepals He never said he owned the dealership. When asked if there was a physical location where he sells cars he said “we have a dealership” that doesn’t mean he owns it. He could just be referring to the company he works for. All he stated was that he also sells cars out of his house sometimes.

There's something about the defendant I don't like / trust. Seems like to me he was very hesitant when answering the Judges questions. Almost like he knew he was doing a shady deal with the girl (on his part), hoping that everything would go smoothly with the sale and transfer of the paperwork. But then it all blew up in his face when the plaintiff got involved. He just comes off like he's hiding something that he's use to doing and getting by with until this all hit the fan.

We up here in Canada, 🇨🇦 don't worry about titles at all,all we need is the serial numbers written on a piece of paper with the seller's info and signature...or the old regerstration and signed by seller...and if that isn't crazy enough even if we do not have any of those two things we still don't worry about titles...we just sign a paper saying we are the owner's and anyone who would sign it ,if not the owner If contested by true owner could face legal charges... I see shows where a beaten down ,rolled over 20 times left for dead vehicle needs title in order for the new owner to be able to fix up and drive it legally...that's just nuts!!!

I cannot help but think that the plaintiff was in cahoots with the 19-year old thug. I mean it is just common sense that you would sue the person who sold you the car and not the person that they bought it from. There is no connection there. And the fact that he was hoping to leave with the title, tells me that he was working with her to get the car back and stick the defendant with all the tickets she garnered.

The plaintiff seems overly nervous, even when the judge asks how old is Benay, why wouldn't he just answer instead he says 'she's on the younger side', I somehow get the feeling that he didn't buy the car from Benay, but is trying to scam back the car title papers from the defendant, for Benay. There's something very off about him...
