No one had backing vocals on Mileys part. Mileys range is just insane. Her voice is super low and can hit them low ass notes. I’m pretty sure her voice is deeper than everyone featured in this song. And she can also hit them high high notes

This was a pleasure. Excellent instrumentation, excellent arrangement, Mylie Cyrus' vocals were fascinating (no backing), great solo. Yo Yo Ma is an American classical cellist. Great reaction as always. The Warning has been invited to perform Enter Sandman, which is worth looking out for.

Got to say nope to that, you mean pop not rock, you got to check out the Warning 3 sisters rock band and Melody from Liliac, after hearing them and many more then you'll change your mind about it 😉

Just an FYI Dave. The Warning is on the Metallica Blacklist album this song is off of. They play Enter Sandman with Alessia Cara. Great honor for the band that covered that song 7 years ago.

@@DaveDoesmoviesandmusic Sure, you can always compare anything but in this case I think it might be weird. Like Liliac's father said: _I assigned each one an instrument, took them to Downey Music Center where they took lessons for three years, and then from there the band started._ A music producer starts a band with all his kids ( _that spent their days in his music studio anyway_ ) and after 3 years of music lessons the band starts and he makes very advanced video productions ( _he had them play live on Santa Monica Pier each Sunday for more than 6 years when they recorded their version of Enter Sandman_ ). To think for a second that the video posted by the Villarreal sisters father ( _only meant for their relatives to see_ ) back in 2014, the year after they started to play together as a band, can compete with a music video made with experianced musicians by a professional producer 3½ years later and meant for the world to see might be a bit naive? I'm quite sure they all had seen the Warning video during many years and their goal was to make something better. Anyone who can't see that they succeded is fooling himself. 😝 If you claim that The Warning video is better it's not really an honest comparrison. There is a 7 years old difference between the drummers at the time of the recording and a 6 years old difference between the guitarists. It would be insulting to Liliac if you say *anything* else than that they did a better video. Both bands have worked really hard for their skills and I personally love both bands but the difference is that I can't really enjoy Liliac's song writing skills as much, and that's a shame because Melody has a unique voice and the band play really well. @@TheUnderdogDe , I think you described it well. I enjoy listening to both bands for different reasons; but in fact, Liliac's whole game plan seems to be to just copy whatever The Warning does, from patreon to now even playing at the Whiskey A Go Go. Liliac has a great singer with huge natural talent and a great technical guitarist with Sam, which makes them great to listen to, but their original songwriting and overall originality and passion are not on a level with The Warning. The original song "Nothing" is an excellent original, but beyond that, they have not been nearly as prolific or successful in creating original music, which is the area where they have struggled. It's also worth noting that the parents of The Warning had nothing to do with the music business, so it was all on the girls (originally all on Daniela and Paulina as a writing team) as far as the music went. In fact as far as originality and songwriting abilities go, an unfortunately overlooked organic family gem is Motion Device from Canada (now Quarter After Three). Dave has done an excellent job of covering them.

Watt is also the guitar player. He played guitar on Ozzy's latest studio album and also played guitar in the band California Breed (with Glenn Hughes and Jason Bonham).

Definitely a different sound from Miley, I like this version but I didn't hear any one else of course Elton had to be on the piano I'm not familiar with the other artists but over all a great song.

Rob is Metallica's bass player, Chad Smith is the drummer for the Red Hot Chili Pepper's, and Yo Yo Ma is arguably the most well know cellist in the world. No clue on Watt

What I'm saying is that the only interesting thing about this version is that Its done by some famous names. To me it sounds like something made for a family tv show. Like when Celine Dion did an ACDC song on such a show.
