This is probably the most important hip hop song in history given the state of music today. Bone changed how music sounded and thats what we hear today. Biggie stepped up and contributed to the sound.

“Redrum” comes from The Shining! This song hit my 11th grade in high school. Was a die hard bone fan but this song made me a new Biggie fan!

Like you said, REDRUM comes from the movie "The Shining" as seeing it backwards (in a mirror) is MURDER, which is what Layzie was alluding to in his verse.

They are still together and they never stopped making music. They have a huge catalog. You need to react to more bone thugs. If you're up for it you should react to Bone thugs - "20th anniversary Cypher" (11 min song) Asap ferg ft. Bone thugs - Lord Krayzie bone - "Clash of the titans" (response to eminem's rap god) Merkules ft bone thugs - "Homicide" (just came out about 2-3 weeks ago) These are all from 2014 and up All these songs are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

My favorite was, Rebirth . That's sing is amazing. The full version of that song is like 7 minutes long. That's because each member has a verse in the full version of it.

Definitely still together and Bizzy streams live on JAM tv pretty often... Biggie (JUICY will forever be my favorite song) and Bone are still 2 of my favorites and stay on my playlist with Do or Die, Too Short, Outkast and sooo many more... it's just my preference over the newer stuff...

We all were so quiet.. one of the first moments my parents gave Bone some respect . It was not too long after Biggie died when it released to the stream of radios.. just the mark Biggie left us with. I heard a theory when i was younger that this song is actually Big Vs Bone Thugs, if you check the lyrics you can kind of see that. When Bizzy ask’s questions like “you ready to die? We’ll see..” thats what makes the biggest argument for that theory. Being that Bizzy is the most talented of the group. I think it holds merit til this day.
