New TBR Rules:
1. I am allowed to veto one book, but I must guess the title correctly while blindfolded.
2. Justin is allowed to veto one book and swap it for another of his choosing.
3. If I pick from a row that a book was previously pulled from, I must randomly choose a prompt and pick another book that fits.
4. If I pick a book that has the color assigned to that month (August is red), I can either keep the book or pull a prompt and swap it.
5. For every book I don't finish this month, I have to pull another book next month and add it to the tbr.
